Wrecker's Yard + Basement Hag = DC
Not even the DC penalty will stop me. I'm a wanted fugitive now.

do hags camp in the basement? I never camped and never will but is it a valid strat for the hag?

The good thing with hag is that you can "camp" the basement without being there. With 2-3 traps you force the survivor to crouch the entire way. So when you hear the rescue and are around 50 meters you can walk back and catch them before they can leave the basement. With Make your Choice you get a free down.
When they trigger a trap you get a free exchange, too.

Get a survivor in the basement, one trap at the top of the stairs, one at the bottom, GG

Don't worry no man who DC's vs Hag will be punished! If your a fugitive then make sure to protect you and keep you from the police lol

gotcha. I have personal honour codes (thus perpetually a green rank) and I'll add this to my "don'ts" list

Midwich in general is dc worthy

I'm not gonna lie there has been plenty of times I've just stood in front of the hook because I can't stomach playing on that map. All depends on the killer I guess.
If you have a killer who has no way to catch up or no range attack then you lose to survivors holding W and god pallets. If you're a survivor against an m1 killer you might be ok, but if it's someone like spirit you're screwed because there's no way to trick her or juke her, you've only got one way to run and that's straight forwards so it doesn't take much prediction work lol
One of the worst maps they've ever designed and that's saying something.

Only map to come close imo is the new game

Haha that's the map I had in mind which made me stop typing "worst map" and instead type "one of the worst maps".
I don't understand how most likely a number of people could look at and approve the new gideon map. You'd think surely somebody on the design team would have said "hold up a minute, this needs more work".

What about the chapel? Who looked at that and said “ you know it’s okay but it needs breakable walls and a stronger main building

I've seen window spawns there create infinite loops. Sometimes every window is open on the bottom floor. It simply wasn't ever playtested, just like the twins weren't as they came onto the ptb with glaring oversights.
Its things like these where you can't help but feel the game is balanced for low rank, or balanced in such a way that good survivors are given huge timesinks to carry the low rank survivors.
Nobody knows what's going on inside behaviour but I can't help but feel a lot of them have mentally given up on the game.
