Killer Sensitivity
I've had DBD for 5-6 months now and since i began i noticed that the sensitivity on the killer side is too high. I took a break from the game after Halloween and came back a couple of days ago and although i main killer i cannot get used to such a high sensitivity and i also noticed aim assist on Blight. I put my game on 0% a couple of days after i bought it months ago and it still feels very high and its hard to control after taking a break and playing some fps games. Is there anything i can do to lower the sensitivity more or should i wait for the devs to make an update that adds a longer range of options?

You are talking about mouse sensitivity, right?
because I am playing on Steam but with controller and I would say the sensitivity can be a bit higher :)
for mouse, isn’t it possible to either use Windows settings or Steam setting to decrease the sensitivity?

There is no aim assist. It doesn't help you hit something that you would have missed. It shows what you were hitting according to the server. In essence you were going to miss anyways, this just showed you what you actually hit.

I mean that for some reason the middle of my screen snaps to a location where a survivor is. It only happened when i played Blight though.

Yeah, we killers are a sensitive lot. Perhaps it was how we were raised, I'm not sure.

Yes i am on PC with Keyboard and mouse. The windows setting for decreasing mouse sensitivity would affect everything and not just the game. And that would be a bit detrimental for me because i am fine with my windows sens. It is only this game for me.

Maybe there is something in the Steam setting though?
i know that you can configure Controller settings like button layout, sensitivity and deadzones specifically for one game.. not sure if you can do the same for mouse sensitivity.

Doesn't Blight have an add-on that causes this? Make sure you don't have Compound 7 equipped

This does sound like compound 7.
Slightly off topic but to anyone who's wondered if compound 7 and adrenaline vial make a good combo, they don't. I tried it yesterday, don't do that to yourself.

You can adjust sensitivity in the options menu. If you have a "gaming" mouse, most have software to set sensitivity per game.

However, hits work via a hitscan system that is essentially autoaim.

Nah man like literally when i was swinging the center of the screen stuck to the survivor. Its weird.
I checked but mine doesn't seem to have it unfortunately. Thanks for the tip tho maybe someday i'll get a new one.
