Hex: No One Escapes Death.
I run the perk NOED when I play killer because it's strong. at the end of a game, I'll have [Bad Word] survivors tell me "ez" and "baby killer" all because I run NOED. I don't spam in chat "ez" or "baby survivor" when they run dead hard, after all it's the equivariant. Dead hard gives second chances, all throughout the game . NOED gives 1 second chance after survivors complete all the gens. It doesn't need a nerf because there are perks to counter NOED.

Okay. What's the point you are trying to make here? That NOED doesn't need a nerf?

Saw some great names the other day.

Cool - keep running it if you want, or not.
But stop caring about what other people say about you.

Get gud.

The only reason NOED is strong is because you are a weak killer. Learn to play without it.

It's a perk lol, doesn't show my experience.

Don't mind me I'm just a friendly harmless detectives hunch user here.

Yes there’s ways to counter it, but only the bad killers use it and rely on it to get kills. If you actually tried to improve rather than get easy kills you would realise

In my restless dreams
I see that post
NoEd posts
You promised me they would stop one day
7 -
Yup. It sure does. If you need it to win, then you are a weak killer. I have thousands of hours in the game, and the good killers do not use it.

Honestly. It would be nice if Noed wqs basekit. It would lengthen the game or you could forgo cleansing all 5 totems and just take your chances during endgame.
Also, I don't run Noed, but don't let anyone try to shame you for using a perk in the game. You're absolutely right. Survivors use strong perks all the time. Killers should be able to do the same without getting hate mail for it. Noed isn't overly strong anyway.
1 -
Do you run perks on your killers?

Just play the game and stop adding to the 3 trillion posts about NOED. You bought the game, therefore you have the right to use whatever perks you want.
End of discussion.

Yes, just not NOED. It’s pathetic, and not very fun as a killer. Very unfulfilling to get your rear end kicked all game, and then manage to screw 1-2 guys with NOED at the end. Much more fulfilling to beat them throughout the match.
If the devs altered it properly to make it more legitimate, I might run it. When I was a beginner, I used it until I realized just how pathetic it is.

I see what your saying, but couldn't one make the argument that you only win games because of the perks you choose to run? Why is noed any different? If anything I'd argue that Noed isn't even a strong killer perk.

Go straight to next game ignore chat. Problem solved!

the perk does kinda guarantee you a kill but ill let it slide if you are at green ranks or lower.
extra tip: make them use their dead hard by not swinging, gets them every time.

Yes, I agree with you. The problem I have with it, is that it’s a fallback position when you’ve been outplayed. By selecting better perks, you can outplay the survivors. I have no problem with other stuff like haunted ground, or devour hope. Those are better than NOED, BBQ and chili is a better perk than NOED. It’s really just a cheap way to hook probably one guy, and then maybe get a second who is overly-altruistic. Against a good team, it only nets a max of one kill...usually.

Yeah, but the rest of the game you're playing with just 3 perks, so it stands to reason that survivors would have a better chance to make it to end game in the first place. Noed is basically just reverse Corrupt Intervention.

Not sure I agree there. That’s kind of like saying that running DS increases the killer’s chances of downing you twice because you are only running 3 perks against him.

I definitely feel like NOED should be next on the chopping block as DS and OoO are now.

Turn off chat/messages and run whatever you want.
