Why we cant use the key in the hatch when we are slugged?

We used to be able to do this, and cant do it no more.

    Probably for consistency, you cannot use any other item while downed.

    I am pretty sure it was never possible to do that in the first place. And it should also not be possible.

    This would just make keys even more dreadful to go against.
