How random is the Bloodweb?
I'm prestiging a character to level 3. I have a few perks I use and a ton I hate. With three trips through the bloodweb and over 165 individual bloodweb levels I have got Bond 2 times, that seems astronomically small. Yet crap perks I never use will appear on the web over and over again. For instance something like Left Behind which I never use appears almost immediately and on all 12 of my characters it is maxed out to level three by the time I get to level 25 of the bloodweb, often appearing multiple times in the first 10 bloodwebs when you only have one perk to choose.
The randomness of the bloodweb seems to be fixed to keep things like Dead hard from appearing early or often.
Have the Devs ever explained how Perks appear on the bloodweb? It can't be purely random.

It's random but once a perk has appeared it's gonna keep appearing in future bloodwebs until you buy it.
I make it a point to max out the perks I hate as quick as possible to get rid of them

This is the correct way to play the blood web mini game which is why it's such a grind.

About as random as a box of chocolates.

Over half a web being Mother's Helpers six 50s in a row begs to differ on the whole "random" aspect.
Tier three Agitation sixteen times after I've purchased it repeatedly really brings it into question.

I had been notice in the first levels it is very random but after level 40 is when the perks that you play more often appear but if you play with bad perks very often they will also appear, if you have prestige 3 I advise you to upgrade to level 3 the bad perks you already bought so that the bloodweb gives you new perks and avoid buying new bad perks when it gives them to you.

I recently planning a build 1 aspect perk build for each character
Such as Nea: calm spirit, ironwill, spinechill, urban). Man, it took 1.200.000 BP to get Urban tier3
Same to Adam: Leader, Prove thyself, Vigil, Streetwise. It took 1.500.000 BP to get Streetwise tier3 as the last perk
I notice that Nea's perks spawn extremely rare.

short answer: yes
long answer: the odds of you rolling a 1 on a D100 are higher then you actually getting what you want

Correct, but only getting a certain perk twice out of over 500 roles is odd. Especially when you get the same perks over and over. Let's say Calm Spirit is number 38 on a 100 sided dice and in twenty roles number 38 comes up three times, that dice is loaded.

So I did the math, currently the perk I want has come up twice out of 555 perk choices through the bloodweb, that is 0.36%. That is really messed up.
