Even now getting 4ks sometimes just feel that fun. Id much rather have a good time and lose a killer or so. I think getting 2ks consistently is reasonable for killers

I need fun any way I can with this game, winning is nice but i've played so long that I know almost every trick, plus haven't been playing lately so I get matched with people who barely play, most the time they don't have the understanding of DBD all down.

I don't mind getting zero kills in a game if it felt like I was doing a good job of catching Survivors and they were doing a good job of helping one another. When it's just top tier players looping me endlessly for the entire game, even a 4k feels awful.
Being able to hit, down, and hook will always be more fun than playing ring-around-the-rosey, no matter the final score.

Basically 1 hook all survivors so alot of slugging tunneling etc or going for 12 hooks even though theres a higher chance of not getting 4k but you have alot more chases and interactions between the survivors

ahh gotcha. 4k for sure. killers not here to run in circles or play tag. As a survivor I prefer stealth play over looping(no trails, not hiding in a corner stealth)

Yeah and the whole 1 hooking 4 Kills is just hiding all the problems that the game has like this tile combo of killer shack to jungle gym is insanley strong but its not being addressed due to the kill rate being high but thats another topic to discuss haha get to passionate about this sometimes :P

Totally understand you want to play stealthy as long as its not the corner stealth haha for me i enjoy the chases and trying to outmind the survivors or killer if im playing survivor. Sad thing is that kind of playstyle needs more time which isnt given to us atm

I think developers frown on stealth in general. no fun for the killer. Take an afk killer round... perfect evasion, you never saw the MF. but then look at the "evasion" score BP lol.....but stealth and chase strat is killer dependent

Think they frown on the extreme stealth and yeah emblem system encourages interaction with either side although im still trying to figure out why killers are punished if survivors heal because as a killer ideally i want them off gens and healing instead or my fav one iri chasing but silver gatekeeper like if my chasing was perfect which means downing survivors quickly ending chases quickly how do i only get silver on protecting gens

I mean, this question is biased as f. You should ask if its more fun to have a stressful game you 4k or more fun to not 4k and take it easy. Personally I get stressed if there are 4 gens done and I got 1 hook. I'm trying to get at least one hook on everyone and I don't tunnel or camp unless they do stupid sht right in front of me. If I see a survivor out of position I'm going for them even if they close to a hooked survivor.
