I kind of miss broken, ridiculously survivor-sided maps.
Hold W, predrop the pallet, rinse and repeat. That's all I get any more. All day long, every single trial. Maybe I'll get someone trying to loop me at an extremely safe tile, like Shack or a long wall. Maybe. Only if they know for a fact that they have enough distance and LoS to get in perhaps a single loop with no chance of being mindgamed. Otherwise, that pallet goes instantly too.
This did not happen nearly as much when the maps were brokenly survivor-sided. I miss god windows that people would always beeline for and often leave themselves open. I miss easily chained tiles that left people feeling safe enough to do anything but slam gens. I miss the days when people were so confident in their ability to loop m1 killers that they actually tried. And failed.
Oh well. I guess that's just what happens. Back to only ever playing high-mobility killers and dreaming of the days when killers were severely disadvantaged, ironically.

While I don't disagree with you on the ctrl + w and pre dropping pallets I would switch to survivor full time lamo. And then I'd have to wait for 20 min

I’ve had some of my hardest matches as Pyramidhead with MMR on.
The great irony is all these rank 1 survivors the game is putting me against....they only hold W. That’s it. Hold W and have the swf split across gens on the map.
The more skillful players are playing in braindead unskillful ways.
That’s Dead by Daylight design and you can be sure they’ll never do anything to address it. I’m not blaming the survivors, I’m sure they would want to play in more risky ways but what’s the point when holding W is so much more powerful?

can confirm this is what I do as a survivor now most days. Yesterday I got a Freddy on Azarov resting place just when MMR got turned on. I wanted to do a quick experiment if I can drop as many pallets as possible and just play ultra-safe while also holding shift W across the map. I manage to drop more then like 10 pallets and my team got 3 gens down before I got dead zoned and hooked.......

Yeah. I mean, I don't blame you. It's an extremely strong tactic. Honestly, if nothing else the while predrop-amd-W has made me far more open to tunneling and camping. I'm not happy about it, but... Well, unless I'm playing a mobility killer then there's not much choice. Gotta bring the survivors to you somehow.

Is there some community meeting where everybody gets the latest talking points?

Also ######### does "pre drop" even mean? When is the "correct" time to drop a pallet? When it allows the killer to get a hit thanks to latency?

So you've never gone against survivors that don't loop tiles, only drop the pallet and run away? Really?

There's still survivor Sided maps, that are pretty nasty.

What do you mean "you miss them'? They just reworked the game map
