I played during desync. Honestly i had a blast, finding quick survivor matches was a blessing.
Maybe the devs surprise us and the Trickster is actually a disguised RE Nemesis with a Gatling Gun.😂
At least, that would explain the high fire rate of his blades.

I had to wait a few days before meeting my first Twins. I hope to see the Trickster a bit earlier after his release.
But I think I will see a lot of Yun-Jin.
I'm super excited for the collection as well. There are two characters I'm waiting to buy cosmetic for in case something better comes up with the Seoul Sights clothes.

It wasn't as good as Descend beyond, but Trickster isn't a truly bad killer, I honestly don't mind that hes a range killer, or that he looks weird, I just feel like they could've done more. Sadly Huntress outclasses the range killers still but I think he is supposed to be an easier way to play a range killer than Huntress or Slinger, but nowhere near as rewarding. I also hate the fact, they haven't added a new map in ages, I don't mind reworking old maps, but come on, who wants to replay the same damn thing over and over.
They have to a lot to make up for these chapters, which I hope they do something amazing for the fifth anniversary

I'm mildly excited to play trickster. I like his looks and overall vibe. It's going to be nice to try out a new killer rather than my usual go-tos.
Really wish bhvr would have listened and made his knives take less hits to down but it's whatever I suppose.

100% the start of match desync seen during the PTB will be there. Then we wait two weeks for them to "fix" that mess.

I don't get all the hate. I mean his look doesn't quite mesh with other people I admit, but I like that. I like how he's bright and all that.
His power is a bit weak I think, but has potential to hurt in the right moments. People always compare them like he's a weaker this or weaker that... etc. If they moved his speed to 112.5% a middle ground, that would change him greatly. I think 115% would make him too powerful. The design and art are off the hook, the lore is great...
People put him in this "Kpop" bubble and that is stupid. Who cares that he's from Korea/Asia. I think that's great. I'll be getting him for sure, and he might be one of my favs to play. This chapter will be good. The negativity is just so dry man.
6 hits to a injure and/or 112.5% movement speed makes him perfect. Or forget those things and keep his 110% speed and bump his knives up to 70. There's a way to make him red rank viable.
That's the thing with this game that causes so much polarity in opinions. Every killer in this game in the right hands can demolish ranks 20 to 15 or so. Skill isn't really involved until rank 10 or so maybe 12. That's when I start seeing smart plays and concept thinking and movements.Then you factor in SWF teams of skill and that breaks the game. It just does.
I play either with my son or solo. Never more than 2. And it is just dependent on the teamwork. Get a team of 3 smart, skilled rank 8 and up players... and it's almost over. Mostly. The maps are more balanced, and honestly I think the devs are doing the best they can man.
The game needs ranked rewards and leaderboards. Dave mentioned leaderboards in Feb of like 2019, Where they at??????????
The emblem system needs tweaked for sure. THe system is conceptually good but not exceptionally good.

They have reduced the grind a lot. You get 4 perks in the level 50 web, and lots more ways to get BP.

I've only had short killer queues, but I've finished all the killer challenge tomes.
I have survivor challenges, but the true challenge is waiting 10 mins for a macth, being the first one caught and tunneled out the match with liitle-to-no challenge progress, and then requeue'ing to do it all over again

His power is the weakest in the game. Making him 115% would completely invalidate his power because there's no point in throwing 8 blades when you can just walk to them faster. He is literally a 110% Plague without infection. Imagine if Plague's infection went DOWN instead of up lol.
He's so awful.

I'm excited for everything in this chapter BUT Trickster.
New Survivor and Killer Perks? Look like fun, some might even be viable!
DS Nerf? Thank god.
Wraith buffs? Hell yeah.
Blight POV fix? Bless you BHVR.
But Trickster himself? Flaming garbage, needs buffs asap.

Star struck isn't a hex. it's the perk where if he's carrying someone and you're in his terror radius you become exposed.
