New perk ideas: Hex:Impediment and Solitude
Hex: Impediment
A hex that stops the survivors from progressing further through the trial.
Once 1 generator is left to be repaired this hex is activated and is transferred to a random dull totem.
Any generator that reaches 75% progress or more will automatically be blocked by the entitiy for 30/40/50 seconds or until the hex is destroyed.
The blocked generator will be shown to you in a white aura
Solitude
You do everything in your power to escape persecution.
When you enter a locker press the activate ability button to call apon the entity to block the locker your in for 15/20/25 seconds.
During this time you cannot be taken out or leave the locker until the timer is done.
Solitude has a cooldown of 25 seconds after leaving the locker.
How are these ideas.

I like them, the locker one is peculiar though. You could in theory bait the killer to chase you into a locker, only for to you waste half a minute of there time when you finally get in there.

this is unnecessary just fix gen speeds all together. I cant stop bringing perks to accommodate to gen speeds

Hex: Impediment is harsh, but doable. It would need to be declared the moment gen #4 is completed so survivors know what's coming and can counterplay it, because a 50 second stall would be a LOT of time at that stage of the game, especially if the blocked gen is also called out.
Solitude gets a hard no from me, though. Being able to kill a chase or extend it by a whopping 25 seconds at just a button-press? I don't think this can work in a way that isn't utterly horrible to play against.

Gen speeds are actually not problem and ı wrote a thing about gen speeds. I understand that overall problem is the map size and some killer's map pressure ratings. They should buff some killers and change/rework maps.
For your ideas brother I dont like the Solitude only. Impediment seems cool since it is hex it is kinda fair in my opinion. For Solitude I dont think it will be that useful perk cause killer can just ignore you and came back later. I am not say it is bad but not that good in my opinion

It could be quite useful against what a lot of people moan about ..... tunnelling. If a killer tries to tunnel you, you could jump in a locker and at least try and get him to leave whilst you're blocked inside. Would need a longer blocking in period, say 20, 30, 40 secs.

Well for tunneling there is DS already. Also if the killer is really passionate about to tunnell you trust me he will wait that time.
