Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

how far back do gens regress with ruin? And does it depend on the tier level of the perk?

It start with %100 regression and each level of it increases it. At level 2 it is %150 and at level 3 it is %200. It is depends of the tier level of the perk.

    Level 1 = %100 regression

    Level 2= %150 regression

    Level 3= %200 regression

Just keeps sliding back. Could be 98% done and if killer chases you away, it'll just keep losing. Provides incentive for survivor to keep toiling away pm unless they can actually see you or are using spine chill/premonition.

gens will start degressing like they would from a kick, just at an increased speed and without a kick necessary for it.

tier 1: 1 charge every 4 seconds (normal kick regression speed)

    tier 2: 1 charge every 3 seconds

    tier 3: 1 charge every 2 seconds

(it takes survivors 1 second to get 1 charge and it takes 80 charges to repair a full generator)

the generators affected by ruin will keep regressing until they get worked on again, have no charges left or ruin gets destroyed.

Regression no matter where it comes from will eventually regress the gen back to 0%

It can regress fully to 0%.

If a gen is 99.9%, it will take approx. 2.5 minutes (150-160 seconds) to regress fully if NO survivor makes any progress on it during that time.
