What ever happens to Gg?
So I'll start off like this back in low ranks you almost always get a nice Gg message after a match but as you get up there they become less frequent until replaced by nasty hate messages because you killed them. I recently took a little break from the game and came back thinking why did I first enjoy this game and it was the nice message you would get occasionally but it seems to not exist anymore obviously cross platform talk isn't available so they don't count but since that cross platform junk was added no one seems to be nice anymore it's all just horrible comments about gameplay and who you're playing as.

Like any other online game, DBD is full of toxic people.

Sadly you Will get mostly hate messages in dbd from either survivors or killers for simply outplaying them.
In regards to a gg message. It honestly depends of the game. If a killer had a bad game and rarely gets any hooks and everyone escapes then I find it disrespectful to send a killer a gg simply because it's like your rubbing it in their faces that they won and you lost. Same goes to a survivor who had a bad game who kept getting found and dies really fast. Its best just to not message them but sometimes those players will message you a gg despite the fact they had a bad game. In that case those players are really nice and deserve a gg back

I always send a gg after a match. Win or lose, killer or survivor I send gg's..
I haven't really gotten a salty comment in a long time tho. I play quite fair as of recently so there is little to complain about, even if I kicked their ass. I have gotten some nice messages complimenting my game play, which has been refreshing.

I stopped cause it seems facetious. Obviously if I “won” it’s a good game but if I lost it’s not a good game. Besides why bother typing when the other side most of the time complains about what you or your team did.
