Does action get taken against PS4 players breaking rules?

I've met this killer and survivor in games in the past *who i'll keep unnamed because i know some places don't like naming and shaming for whatever reason, though if it's welcomed here i'll gladly namedrop* who work together, I've reported them before, I've reported them again just now but when i'm still finding them in games, what actually gets done?

Do you have video proof?

If you report them in the game, it's useless. If you are reporting him to psn, they will send you a message of what they did after

After reporting them in-game you need to send video proof to https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but even then they might not do anything.
