Little discussion about Perks in general
I think, that perks in general could need a little improvement.
I mean, we have 4 perks slots to combine different perks for a specific symphony.
But some perks are overall so strong or bad, that you never gonna think to combine perks like Deja-Vu with different perks.
Or like monstrous shrine. Why should you combine it?
I have the feeling that we dont combine perks to have some funny builds. We just put the strongest perks together, cause they have so many effects or they are just too strong.
Thats a bit sad, if you think about it how many perks we have.
What do you think about it?
(Little example: I love playing Leader, Streetwise, Vigil and Open Handed, just for fun. Cause I want to "support" my teammates even tho this build has no impact.)

They need to combine resilience and this is not happening. Would make it an actually useable perk.
I remember making the suggestion to a dev stream to which they responded. "We won't combine them because they don't different things/fill different roles."
I think it's only become more apparent that the two concepts will only ever be worth running if run together, preferably without missing half of your perk slots.2 -

pfff, they need to change slippery meat, that perk is so useless now, how many trappers are in the ranks that people actually use this perk?

They've made it REALLY hard on themselves since the start of the game. Other games, TF2 for example, have a set kit for every character and then items that change the kit with downsides and upsides based on the default kit. The Dead by Daylight perk system doesn't have anything to go off of, so there really is no way to have everything balanced. They just have to keep perks useful really, and sometimes perks are too useful.

I always play Hex: Devour Hope, no questions asked.
I'd consider that part of a "fun" build since it's definitely not a top Perk thanks to the combination of it being a Hex & it taking long to gain effect.
But even if you only get 2-3 1-hits every 10 matches, i would still consider that better than a lot of just straight up bad Perks like Stridor, Monstrous Shrine, Surveillance etc.1
