  I played a few games and it seems that if you swing through a pallet while running directly into it, not turning or on an angle, the pallet wont stun you. it just kinda moves you left and right

  Yes I've noticed that killers who lunged are immune to the stun... sometimes even giving them a free hit since the pallet sometimes doesn't push them back.
