Freddy Games...
So last night I was working on challenges so the majority of the time I was working on survivor ones and then do killer later. Anyway I had a match that was against a Forever Freddy on GasHaven, we were doing fairly well until we actually 4genned which was our fault because none of us were paying attention and that was when it slowed down to a halt. It was hard to work on gens together due to the killer having discordance so he was able to pressure really well which was good on his part. At this point the match had already gone on for 20 minutes and someone had already died. At the 30 minute mark we had gotten down to one gen left and another had died so all that was left was me and a Felix.
Here the Freddy was ready for his 4k. He slugged the Felix and went to where hatch spawned. Since we all knew where it was I picked up the Felix and began to work on a gen. Then Felix was slugged again, it ended up becoming a wash, rinse, repeat. Eventually the poor Felix had bled out and a gen was 3/4th's of the way done. The Freddy was already at the hatch so I decided to just head to the door. I was at full health and had the door opened right as the Freddy popped up behind me so I thought I was home free. However, he bopped me on the head and revealed his noed. Now here is the really crappy part of the game, instead of hooking me and just moving onto the next game, He carried me away from the exit gate and just let me bleed out(I had already been slugged quite a bit earlier in the match) After the game I looked at the timestamps of when the match started and ended(I was streaming at the time) and the match lasted nearly 50 minutes.
After the match I was physically and mentally drained, like I wasnt going to kill myself or DC as I kinda see it as scummy as my team was fighting really hard to finish the match properly. I've noticed that Freddy matches go a lot longer compared to going against other killers and it can be really rough. I know he's going to be looked at soon but I want to hear about others experiences when it comes to Freddy, so come sit by the fire and tell me your woes lol.

I once had four Forever Freddy's in a row, three of which were on Hawkins. I don't think I've ever been closer to uninstalling this game than that.

I once played against a Freddy who's user name was Five gens at Freddy's.
You can imagine how that match went. I've never wanted a match to end so badly.

It is more than obvious that this thread will be full of comments talking about bad experiences people had with my babe. So, why not sit by the fire and hear the words of a long time Freddy main?
Freddy has been my main ever since I first started playing, prior to his rework. At the time, Freddy was regarded as the worst killer in the game. I didn't really believe that and decided to see it for myself. And let me tell you, my experience with Old Freddy was amazing! He was a very unique killer and extremely fun to play as. Yes, he had his weaknesses, but once you got used to his playstyle he could be quite deadly, especially with add-ons like Class Photo and Paint Thinner.
And then, he got reworked. It was nice seeing my main jumping to the top of the Tier Lists, but that wasn't really what I wanted. However, that wasn't enough to make me stop playing him. Nothing is. As much as I want my old killer back, I cannot deny that his new power is fun and I do enjoy it.
Now, with the confirmed nerf, I am nervous. He doesn't need a nerf and I am afraid he will receive the "Billy treatment" or even worse. I won't stop playing him if that happens, but that doesn't mean I am okay with it.

This is why I want it to be possible to pick yourself up from the ground, just extremely impractical. Because that way you can force sluggers to pick you up instead of BMing by forcing you to bleed out.
If slugged survivors could pull themselves up by a generator while at full recovery, with a 15 second animation, it'd not make a dent in general gameplay, but a BMing killer trying to force bleedouts would have to actually pick you up, at which point you can wiggle out and actually do something.

I hope he gets a billy treatment nerf and is so unplayable no one touches him. One of the most boring killers to face where they think they outplayed you but really got carried by the sheer number of bs addons and abilities he has in his kit. I really hope he is so terrible after that he is F tier and never makes an appearance again.

Sounds like Freddy was not being nice that day haha.
I usually let the last person go if, of course i can kill them. but if they struggle i let them go anyway.
I main Freddy, so if others are playing him too i bet most will be annoyed with Freddy's everywhere.

but you cannot see the killer name before the match? at least not on console :( i am sure if they seen my ps name they probably would have left.

Forever Freddy is one I don't get mad at teammates for DC or suiciding against. It's just a ridiculously long match and you're not likely to even max out BP. If you DC/Suicide you're more likely to be in other matches faster and get more BP over all in multiple matches than you would in the time you're stuck in that one match.

Freddy is boring to play against, but he's effective against most survivors because he can cover all of his bases while being easy to play. If generator speeds didn't go by so fast and the rng in this game didn't link 3+ tiles of BS on some maps, maybe we'd get more creative/meme builds, more enjoyable matches, and a wider pool of killers.
Until then, you'll get your top tiers in about half your games. Blame BVHR.

as u said, u lost the game due your own fault (and sometimes happens, sometimes especailly in solo people 3 gen/4 gen usually dumb people), not freddys and unless is spirit and nurse its always survivors fault, because they are the only killers that play a different game where u take no part in it, its always on spirit/nurse making mistakes, not you.

First of all, don't wish for something to be nerfed just because you do not enjoy it. I hate Ghostface, but I never cry for him to get nerfed.
Second, what "bs add-ons"? Swing Chains and Jump Rope? They aren't even that strong. Do you know their actual values? 2% and 4%, respectively. If you wake up, Jump Rope will be avoided and Swing Chains won't have its effect increased.
As for his abilities, his teleport is fine and a necessity on higher ranks. His Snares are not that powerful, but maybe they could see a change or two. As for pallets, well no one complains about pallets.
I understand you might be frustrated, or just want to rant, but there is no reason to ask for an unnecessary nerf.

I got grief by a Freddy main whom recognised me from a previous match. He came in with all the perks and add ons he thought were op.
I looped him for a bit and got downed at 3 gens. He just stood over me nodding his head waiting for me to bleed out.
At the time my team mates didn’t know what was happening, neither did I. Game ended in Freddy getting owned by a couple of the survivors.
3 of us bled out and the other escaped through the gates. Mostly trolls ply as Freddy.

When I play Freddy, I try to restore his image. I usually let the last person go, and if there's a DC I'll farm with the rest.
When I play against Freddy, I sometimes see why he's so hated to play against. Especially when they use slow-down add-ons and Ruin, Undying, and Thanataphobia, and just everything to make gens go very slow and impossible to complete.
