Trickster is garbage (another rant thread on new killer)
I'm sorry but I'll join the countless rants with Trickster. Bhvr screwed this killer up on release. All his add-ons are garbage, his movement speed is garbage, his power is garbage, main event is garbage (why is this power automatically activated once the meter is filled???). What were you thinking when you released this killer??? I regret P3'ing this killer and buying his alt. outfits.

I love Trickster, but you're right. He's garbage. Easily the worst killer in the game.

Fiona I love Trickster as well. I really enjoy playing as him due to the fact that he feels refreshing like Blight did when he first released. By god though, he's just straight up garbage when moving, using his ability and attacking. It really hurts when you think you've played well but you have a hard time killing even one survivor.

I bought the Live Show (pink attire) and Seoul Sights bundle. Bloody Trickster Head, Seoul Sights body and Live Show weapon are my go to. Love the combo attire but oof does it hurt playing as Trickster.

Y’all buy that this trash with real money. Show BHVR what you want with your wallets, they don’t listen to whining community. Thought y’all would learn. I haven’t spent any money dbd since I was forced to spend money to finish the rift pass

Everyone has their own tastes I suppose.
That aside, surely it would of been wiser to have played as the new killer before splashing out on their shiny new skins?

as people figured, he's all of three killer's weaknesses without their strengths. He feels... jumping a hypetrain that's derailing. A desperate 'we must make a new killer because how else will chapters sell'. a 'we need to get a lot of players in before the quarter's financial report, for the investors.

I have some of his outfits as well, I bought them with gold things I had saved up from when I used to play the game a lot like 5 months ago. I don't regret them, I want to like the character. It just really badly needs a buff & I'm hoping he'll get one.

I agree. His power is a detriment. You would always want to m1 survivors. His special is a time sink where it's just a better option to m1. The only killer i actually regret buying and actually buy cosmetics for. I'm so disappointed. My fiance was actually going to go back to playing killer when they saw this killer. But when they actually saw them in action...they changed their mind. What a train wreck of a killer. I adepted the killer by just m1-ing a team. I didn't throw a single dagger. It was a gross match. So disappointed.

The sound and the visual theme of a new chapter are awesome. BHVR can into this.
But on the other hand, there is a totally disaster in balance. Trickster actually needs a huge buff as soon as it's possible. I think that if they would do him 4.6 move speed and rework his main event, he becomes a good killer. For now, he catches too long, he has zero control, so he just can't take the pressure. His knives are efficient only in open fields and in the open low-heightened constructions which can be shot through. Survivor should just run in any place with walls and there is nothing that Trickster can do. Huntress and Deathslinger is another situation. They're strong and they can try to gain a hit there if they have a decent skill.
Hope there will be a soon buff, not in the next year.
