Confession time: I unironically like The Twins

Ok first things first, are twins fun to go against? No, they're not. But, I love to play them, and to be honest I don't know why.

I just love using them. They're very fun to play and their perks are good too. I love using Victor and it funny seeing a baby go flying on a survivos head like its a Jockey from Left 4 dead. But I understand that people don't like going against or playing the twins. But I like them.

P.S

BhVr where's my Jockey skin for Victor?

I don't really mind the Twins, to be honest. I think of them as a very good idea, but poorly executed.

Besides, they are one of the rarest killers for me.

The only disappointing things about them is how many people play them (camping) and that the devs apparently have no plan on Victor skins.

No problem with that. I don’t find her fun but I find clown fun so anything goes at this point.

They are boring to fight though

In the right hands and with the right practice, the Twins can be very destructive.

Mind you, that can also be said for other killers too. It's about how willing someone is to spend time perfecting and experimenting with killers.

    What do you mean??

The few Twin players i've went against really made me appreciate the ground textures in this game 👀

Also made me appreciate the voice acting on the survivors while they are on the floor

They might change their mind, but apparently he is considered the "power" which don't get skins or new effects. Trapper's traps don't change, Nurse's blinks don't get new effects, Clown doesn't get new clouds or bottles, and therefore Twins will always have identical Victors.

I really hope they get a buff or rework to make them less campy. But that probably won't happen any time soon.

Edit: forgot to talk about slugging lol

Finally someone gets it. Nothing's funnier than survivors running up about to kick you, but you switch back in time and pounce on them.

I have found that I really enjoy playing as The Twins personally

I don't play them very often (I am constantly switching up killers, it's pretty common that if I play 5 killer matches in a night, I'll play as 5 different killers) but at the very least they're not on my poop list where I won't play as them unless forced to like some killers.

I'd like to see Victor sporting a bite-sized version of Dwight's pizza delivery outfit. Maybe with extra sauce...

I like them in concept, same with Trickster. They just dropped the ball hardcore on their gameplay design.

The gameplay design team always lets the art/sound design teams down.

Nuuuuuu! How could you? How dare you?!

I will never ever ever forgive you!

Glad you found a killer you enjoy playing

Oh YES!! That would just be funny seeing Victor find a survivor and is all like "special delivery!!" and jump on someone's head.

Hag (I find her very boring to play as), The Hillbilly (for some reason, I just cannot figure out how to use their chainsaw), Spirit (I just don't like them and I'm not really sure why; never got comfortable with using her powers), The Blight (although it sounds like BHVR may have fixed the POV being so freaking low so if that is the case, I might give our speed demon another try) and at least for now, The Trickster (cause he's a hot dumpster fire of a mess of a killer).

I don’t mind the Twins at all. I wouldn’t mind seeing faster transitions between POV for more interesting tag team plays at loops/long walls etc

A little counter/strategy is a buddy system.. groups of two and stick together so one has a chance to fend off Vikki after a pounce. The opposite is the plague where spreading out is best.

If Vic is pre-parked near a hook crouching and crushing is comparable to crouching or flashlight disarming hag traps..

I guess a way to solve Charlotte being dormant close to hooks is to keep the current distant allowed to begin controlling Victor after a hook the same but make Vikki have to manual return to Charlotte or something like a 5/10 second grace period after the unhook to control Charlotte again as usual.

I really hated the Twins at first but they've honestly grown on me a lot.

That said, they still have a lot of unhealthy design.

I actually take zero issue with the slugging and I think most peoples hate of slugging is completely irrational. I'd always rather be slugged as it has lots of advantages and counter play. Simply healing without greeding gens, healing perks, medkits, or the myriad anti-slug perks shuts her down quite hard. I'd even remove the ability to kick Victor on his successful hits or at least reduce the kick window tremendously. He shouldn't be punished for playing well. Not to mention the amount of people that haven't realized how well you can shut Victor down with pallets. Most do it incorrectly.

The main issue with the Twins is essentially permanent camping all game by leaving one of them there while still pressuring the map.

    -----------------------------------------

I think she'd be in a better state if we increased the distance she has to be from the hook to swap between them quite substantially and in return buff her other areas. IE remove the kick of successful Victor jumps, reduce her transition time between the two by quite a bit to encourage her actually tag teaming more (this gives her a much higher skill ceiling for potential), and lastly give her Undetectable while Victor is latched onto someone to further encourage them to want to release Victor. Holding her power hostage is just poor design.

I enjoy playing against them when the person playing them decides to not be a douche and camp hooks with one character and come back as soon as a rescue is made.

I really only camp like gens or totems and stuff like that. Victor is remarkably good at protecting stuff. But I hate camping hooks its pretty damn boring.
