Which killer would scare you the most in real life?
NOT counting perks or abilities. Just based on appearance alone. Say it's late night and you're deep in the woods. Suddenly you hear the branches rustle and you turn to see one of the killers heading straight for you. Which one would you be most terrified by and why?

Probably all of them. They all have glowing eyes or creepy masks and weapon.
At night deep in the woods I'd be scared to death by any hobo with a stick.

Nice, all good choices with some good explanations. For me it would probably have to be either be The Spirit or The Hag. Maybe The Nurse. Most of the killers don't exactly look welcoming but for me those are the ones that spell "this thing is not of this world and it wants you dead".
LOL probably best to listen to your instincts, My cousin and I have spent many, many late nights wandering through the woods of a local park and while we of course lived and never knowingly encountered a killer, some strange things definitely happened. You've never known legitimate terror until you've been in a pitch black forest until 3 in the morning, thinking you were alone, only for a silent flashlight beam to suddenly shoot out of the trees onto your buddy's foot.

For me Trickster honestly.
Why? Because he's the most 'normal'. Just a 'normal' human that loves murder. He's not a monster or some 'super human'. And that scares me more than any monster, creature, or super human could.
Not even the people that love him (his fans) are safe.

Would have to agree with this. He could just be anyone you see on the street which makes it worse, and the dude is just a complete ######### psycho. There aren't many, if any, killers in DbD that are as evil and psychopathic as he is except Freddy I guess.

Your story remind me to i scared my girlfriend in graveyard. Graveyard near to our home. I just hided and made her to search me. And then scared her, her scream... She wanted kill me. :d Yes we broke up but not for that and so long time later.

The 3 man SWF team scares me the most. Cause I will be the rando they abandon so they can escape and tbag the killer as they get away. Truly horrifying

Staying with the same kind of joke, urban evasion blendette are terrifying.
But for real, Nurse and Spirit, Wraith too. I mean, for both Nurse and Wraith, imagine them staring at you from a distance in a forest, one slowly coming at you while screaming, and the other disappearing, sometimes hearing a bell getting closer and closer...
And Spirit, well, suddenly she's on you, screamer like, do I have to say more ?

^ This is true. Also, on top of that, the power that celebrities hold can be pretty scary.
Personally I'd be super scared of the Hillbilly because even in game I yell like a little baby when he chases me and he completely frays my nerves.

So far The Spirit and The Hag seem to be leading the pack with Demogorgon and The Blight coming up next, and I think Oni behind them.
Unless I missed it no one has singled out Amanda, Ghostface, Legion, Huntress, Plague, Clown, Leatherface, or Freddy. Interesting, that's a full third of the cast (though I think that Plague probably looks the least threatening out of them all, I didn't really expect her to get many "votes").

I do think it's interesting that the reason given to fear Trickster - that he's just a serial killing human (a reason I can totally get behind) - didn't get Amanda, Legion, Ghostface, The Huntress, The Clown or Leatherface on the list. I wonder if it's because all of them are wearing masks (or in Clown's case, makeup and an exaggerated physical appearance)? I didn't realize until now that Trickster is the only human killer who also LOOKS human.

Clown .. only because I literally have chlorophobia. Every time I go against the clown I honestly feel like quitting the match , then realise it will be a disappointing reason to do so, and may as well just not have the game installed. So I just bare through it now and the more I've played the prouder I get having dealing with this fear one step at a time?
I know this probably the most rediculous comment and will probably get laughed at for having that fear in the first place, but hey! Yunno it is what it is and I suppose nothing wrong with admitting being scared, despite how stupid it sounds.

Probably Legion or Trickster because they are the most normal but messed up. Other than them, probably Billy, or Wraith. Both you can't escape no matter what.

Twins, more specifically the fleshy sound that plays when you unbind victor
