Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Say Killer power types that are not in the game yet, a power that no other killer has

Pretty much as the title says.

Killer who can unnoticeably (nobody except the killer knows for sure) "mark" a survivor with their power (maybe infect?) to later use them as living bomb/place to teleport to/possess.

Could fit for the "The Thing" killer who would make survivors paranoid that their friend is actually hosting the thing.

    EDIT: More explanation

Think of it more as of "living bombs" from prototype but there's no visuals until you decide to activate it.

So f/e you've hit survivor and if you had you power activated, you could've 'marked' them. If you hadn't your power activated, then nothing would happen. There is no visual to survivors when your power is or is not activated. To you the visual could be different icon of the power, switching is achieved by pressing secondary power button.

'Mark' could last indefinitely until new target is chosen/power has been used.

and when power is used, a few things could happen: survivor suddenly crooks and after a short delay "explodes" dealing damage or dragging other survivors nearby to them, while the killer takes temporal possession of survivors body, transforming it.

Survivor could complete some kind of "struggle" action to throw killer off, but until then the possessed survivor justs walks and damages anyone.

When possession ends, killer is just returned to their body and their power goes on cooldown, while survivor becomes free & gets some nasty debuff.

Extra points if the "Thing" killer took appearance of some other killer (maybe any random 115% killer) so that survivors don't actually know they are dealing with the Thing until some of them becomes possessed.

Perks could be something related to passively making survivors disrupt their team actions and making them paranoid. Some examples:

Perk 1: Survivors have their action speed reduced by X% while performing group action within presence of only ONE other survivor.

Perk 2: One random survivor is affected by "Perk 2". While performing group action with other survivor they increase the odds of triggering harder skillcheck for other survivors performing same group action with an increased failure penalty. No survivors are notified of the perk existence.

Hex: Perk 3: When Exit gates are powered, one unlit totem becomes hexed. As long as hexed totem stands, exit gates become indefinitely closed as long as there is more than one survivor within exit gate area.

Doppleganger (look and act like a survivor)

Three reasons why it isn't a power in the game yet:

    1. S
    2. W
    3. F

A killer that can stun survivors in chase (I'm thinking of the Medusa in ancient greek history, where if you look at her you get transformed into a statue). My idea is that the killer has a wind up animation and a sound after that. If you look at them in that duration you get petrified and you can't move for 1-2 seconds.

A Killer that can jump over stuff like regular loop walls & dropped Pallets.

The Entity will have to raise the outer walls of every map a bit though.

I think doppelganger could work if it actually made survivors killers without them knowing.

so that they know they are actually survivors and are completely chill, but at some point killer just does something and one of ACTUAL survivors temporally becomes killer under killer's control.

I described such concept above as "infection" kind of power.

Although that's not really doppelganger, but something that could work with SWF as well, since no voice comms could protect from that.

A killer who can rip a big chunk out of the ground or environment and hurl it at you , kinda like the tank from left for dead with also the ability to smash the ground with his fist and stun the nearby survivors for 1.5-2 seconds

That's what Twins should've been btw.

Victor controlled by a ######### AI that makes him mindlessly chase one survivor, while Charlotte follows the other/hunts the survivor with victor together.

A couple powers are similar to others, so not completely unique, but would still be different enough I think.

    1. The most said one, a doppelganger inspired power.
    2. A killer where survivors need to avoid looking at them.
    3. One based on sound and/or movement.
    4. A killer whose power is map-wide and could alter the map itself. Kinda like what Pyramid Head could have done, where after a bit of time he could summon in the fog. The survivors, killer, and the map would then be under its effect for a time.
    5. A ranged aoe that can injure.
    6. Have no idea how this would work, but maybe a power that has a puzzle involved?
    7. A power that starts very strong but then gets weaker overtime?

@Profezia I actually had the same concept but for a perk. Like it would make an obsession, who then is unknowingly marked. Could do anything really, but my idea is it showed the aura of any other survivor within 16m or so.

    1. >A killer where survivors need to avoid looking at them.

Slenderman killer is the most obvious. I have a few ideas for his power, he should have something like Freddy + Doctor kits. His passive could be similar to Freddy's invisibility, but instead it would make killer appear to survivor outside 32 meter range as if they were just standing still and looking at them until survivor looks away, while the real killer is actually invisible.

Main ability could be related to madness or slender sickness that gradually decayed survivor mind when they looked at the killer or their "outside 32 meter husks" affecting them with some hallucinations and other annoying ######### and at some point survivor could be exposed to killer's chase power

Slender's chase power could be a channeled ability. While the ability is channeled, the killer is heavily slowed down, while survivor's camera is dragged towards killer. If the survivor fails to break LoS with killer (move camera away&hide from killer's gaze behind an obstacle) then killer teleports to them and does damage.

Secondary power could be an ability to know when survivors are looking at the killer or his husks and when such happens, using that ability would make some nasty things to survivor

    1. One based on sound and/or movement.

Wendigo or something like this? Make it simple and just make killer a spirit who is always in her power, but is visible to survivors and can attack them.

Or make it complicated and make it so every time survivor makes any noise, the location of that noise is revealed to the killer. The louder the noise, the bigger distance killer can detect the noise. Give survivors a button to hold their breath (as a new general feature) for some time before breathing heavily and louder. Give killer an ability which allows them to "investigate" noise locations and reveal some sort of tracks that would show some recent survivor's movement.
