Why is there not a concussion effect to survivors when they get hit by the killer?
Kind of the effect the clowns bottles gives off.
I think it would be a good addition and some new perks could be made to strengthen/weaken it.

Well... think of it this way. The survivors can coagulate wounds in the matter of seconds, and survive the sheer amount of blood loss they go through. When hooked (which i believe is the most painful area to be punctured in due to the arterial veins) they get off the hook and start running IMMEDIATELY. Killers are servants of the entity and the entity views through the killers eyes (the stain). Entity is weak to light. So it kinda makes sense lore wise. Also they're meant to be farmed for emotion and hope. Thinking you can survive a sledge to the head fuels that.Hitm3on3mor3tim3 said:

It is. But the reason for the blinding is because it was based off of horrror movie tropes- blinding a killer with a flashlight, and escaping. (Or some sort of mechanic.) The concusses status effect wouldn’t exactly work either due to the fact that when you’re concussed, you cannot focus, do gens, and be in CONSTANT pain. The entity most likely made changes to the survivors for them to feel pain, but not suffer neurological issues (due to the fact it feeds off the emotion Hope, which emotions are found in the limbic center of the brain-) and so on.Hitm3on3mor3tim3 said:
