Would any major forum player here like to be interviewd?

This would be interesting to see and do. Unfortunately I probably wouldn't be any help since I'm a survivor main and talking about game balances and the state of the game could be bad since I would be bias only seeing things from the survivors perspective.

But a good thing overall.

<laughs> You would have to define "major" as I'm sure there are any number of people here who consider themselves important. You would do better simply looking over people and asking those that seem appropriate privately, rather than trying to ask for volunteers. We have people who post a lot and people who have been here forever and thus anchor the Forum. We have people who make lots of bad posts, lots of good posts, lots of strange ones too. We have the odd celebrity hidden among the nameless faces that post too, but you will never drag that out of them.

Good point. I still think privately contacting those you think people will find interesting whether they are famous or infamous here is a better route. Many of the best people here will feel awkward about volunteering, and they are probably the ones who would make the best interview. And if frequency is your major criteria, just keep an eye out for those you see a lot of posts from and send them a private message. Again, I think Yords would be great. I can think of about a dozen others too, but I won't name them in case they are modest but I can tell you who I think might be worth asking in private.
