Do the blinding/lightbulb/lens flashlight add-ons no longer stack?
I noticed it no longer says "stacks" after the description.

Yes.
The only exception was the Sapphire Lens, it never stated "stacks" so I never paired it with anything other than a grip or battery.

As a Killer main I can assure you they do. I always know when someone is running an Odd Bulb because blinds are damn near instant
