Is what this forum member said true?
I'm asking this because of what @Dragonshensi said in another thread: "The devs have stated they plan on giving him a map that’s basically the lobby screen. I have no idea why they didn’t just wait till they made the map as well to release the All-Kill Chapter. It would have made the whole chapter a little more bearable if we at least got a map out of it."
Is this true and if so can you give me the link of where the devs stated this?

They said they’ll start making maps again after realm beyond as far as I know

They said they haven't ruled out the possibility of introducing a map for Trickster in the future.
Considering how restricted they are by their own chapter release schedules, I really do not see it happening ever.
But who know?

Once they get all the map graphical updates done, we'll see what they plan on doing.

Let's not also forget that Blight and Twins are also owed a map of some sort as well since they released without a map of their own. I hope all 3 get one since the current maps are getting super stale to see over and over.

They've said this a few different times responding to people on Twitter. Hopefully they'll also go back and do a map for Twins and Blight as well.

It was mentioned in a tweet by the devs they want to give the Trickster his own map. I’m not on Twitter so I can’t find the exact tweet.

I am guessing they could do it in midchapter there is only like 4 killers they would need to make maps for if they finish the reworks with the next 2 mid chapters and the next chapter

Blight and Twins could have village-esque maps with Resident Evil 8 vibe to them.
I'm mostly excited for the Trickster's map (if there is any).
A neon light city map would be awesome, cuz anything we have that is remotely close to an industrial map is Gideon and Hawkins.

First, they have to release 30 more paid skins, 20 more DLCS, give a few more interviews saying how amazing they are, suggest they're gonna buff this or that killer, promise the MMR and hit validation improvements and then do nothing, wait for the 10th year anniversary of the game and release 1 Dwight reskin, THEN fix the pallet bug, AND THEN you might get the Trickster map.

They are open to doing it but it's honestly really unlikely to happen in my opinion. Before the map reworks we got a new chapter roughly every 3 months and they usually come with just 1 map. So when are they going to have time to revisit old chapters when there's always going to be a new chapter on the horizon that would be coming with its own map?
