No.. the easiest perk to counter if you just bother to cleanse totems.. (not referring to you personally just a generalised term)

Voted yes for two reasons. Solo survs have no way to know how many totems their team has cleansed and it often rewards bad killers.

just put a totem counter on small game or in the UI and there will be no reason why you shouldn't cleanse all 5 totems.

I'd love if this was the case, but I doubt itll ever be implemented.
