Rank 13 Killer
I can make to the rank 13 killer but since i dont have any generator defense perk on my all killer so game really become a survivor sided. They can make a generator rush on every game. Facing a top purple and red on night. I dont win any game at all. Any advise what should i do, i dont want buy any DLC content for the sake of perks.

Keep an eye on the Shrine of Secrets on a weekly basis! Use your shards to get some teachable killer perks from killers that you don't own :)

Playing the game without the dlc's just hinders you immensly.

Hag is free, doc is free, hillbilly is free. Plus, you don't even need them if you play right

Don't do this. Every perk on the Shrine has the same Iri Shard cost as like half of an entire killer, who each have three perks.
You don't need to spend money to get Hag, Doc or Clown,(Hex:Ruin, Overcharge, PGTW) you can just spend Shards if you have enough.

Hag and doc are not free on PC. I know doc is free on console but I do not know about hag.

Free-ish. You can buy them with Iri shards (except hillbilly, he comes base with the game). You could also use the iri shards to get clown and Pop Goes The Weasel.

This is wrong. Shrine cost 2000 shards. Killers cost 8000

But still, that's a lot of shards for just one perk. More efficient, but still a lot.

For perk combos it's probably best to run bitter murmur, and sloppy. I don't think you have any teachable since you are only rank 13 so depending on your killer you might want to use their teachable. I don't know how much killer experience you have but since you are struggling at 13 I can only assume a few dozen hours. Look at some killer guides on YouTube these might help you alot and its only a 10 minute time commitment. Other then that it's just playing and understanding the flow of the game over time. Ranking up or getting 3-4 kills will be rough starting out since you don't have any gen perks but it is doable. My personal preference is to run corrupt intervention so keep an eye out for that in the Shrine. Also don't prioritize kicking every gen that has progress. Most of the time it's better just to take a chase over kicking a gen that has 40% completion.

Every meta killer perk is free except for BBQ, you have to grind shards for them but it's no additional cost. If you want to get better at the game you're going to have to just practice and earn in-game currency to buy new characters and perks. Like every game it takes time to get good.

The problem is, even if you had good perks, it's hard to do well against purples and reds. The matchmaking is what it is. I had the same problem and asked for advice earlier. Overcharge is most of the time useless against decent survivor.

Its hard for a new player to level up many killers. So dont let them waste many bloodpoints. Your other recommendations were correct.
