    As killer: when survivor is exposed

    As survivor: when im oblivious

    Being able to instantly down a survivor is always a good thing to have. It is better than any other status effect because it helps you as a killer do your job much faster.

    Causes perks to be disabled when used, should have some sort of indicator for the killer though. Would be easier to know when a sprint burst is 99'ed etc,
