Trickster is still too weak for Adept
Trickster's power is so mediocre that he NEEDS perks to get anything done even after the minor QOL buffs. He doesn't have any synergy with any of his perks so its basically a perkless Adept.
Trickster basically lives and dies by Save the Best for Last and Monitor and Abuse. Without them he's just unplayable and can't get quick enough downs to get any sort of pressure rolling.
I have every other Adept and this one is atrocious. I'm literally deranking after rank reset just trying for this thing... maybe at some point I'll get so low the Survivors forget to hold M1

I got the adept even before this buff, and it is hard but possible.

I got Tricksters adept the first day. It’s doable.
I wonder if players forget but many of the adepts are challenging. Oni took me f o r e v e r and he’s a high level killer.
It usually takes multiple tries. It’s not just Trickster.

Rank reset was yesterday. He got his "buffs" today. Now might be your best chance to get it.

It took me ten plus tries and his chaser was bugged. You lot that are working on it now have it ez.

Playing trickster is a chore. Id hardly call him easy. Frankly he sucks. Wich is why im not buying him till he has something going for him.

I got the adept whilst the emblems were bugged just M1ing people to death. It's not an easy adept, but I had a far harder time getting Plagues Adept honestly.
If you keep at it you'll get there eventually, learning when to use knives or M1 is key. You could go the whole match without using your knives if you wanted, you'd be relying on your killer skills at that point. Regardless, Goodluck.

How exactly are you playing him? If you're trying to get both health states with just blades, you're being horribly inefficient and making things much harder for yourself. Hit with the bat, down with the blades. If you can, take to Hawkins and use Ricohet Blades with Melodious Murder. I adepted before the buff. Hitting with M1 first then downing with blades is the way to go. Be aware of quick unhooks after you walk away. If you're not far from the hook, then the person unhooking is most definitely exposed by Starstruck. Go back and get the easy down and hook.

I managed to get adept trickster before the buff as well.
It should be even more possible now that using knives counts towards chaser emblem

I got adept first game after the buff, should be relatively easy if you're in purple ranks after the rank reset, just use the green addon that reduces the ammount of knives needed to down and an increase in knives you can carry. If you need to, you can also bring a map offering, I found the game is a solid map, especially with starstruck although you dont get much use out of crowd control

Back in my day we didn't have any of these fancy shmancy buffs or knives. You didn't go around throwing who knows what to the who knows where. When we wanted an adept, we did it like men; with a baseball bat and a will. We strolled through trials as a 4.4 killer and we did it with pride!
Did we hate ourselves? Yes.
Did we regret everything? Of course.
But did we get the adept? You bet your darn tooting sippy we did.
Seriously though, it's a challenging achievement. Just keep working at it and you'll get it eventually. If I can get the dumb thing at red ranks as a man with bat, you can get it too.

The buffs don't matter for the adept seeing how knives don't count for emblems.
His adept being hard is more that you need to play a 110 m1 killer while avoiding your power then him being weak

I didn't notice buff, I also find it hard to play against survivors and my best result 1 kill which i camp

According to today's patch notes, the emblem bugs also got fixed.

Adept Trickster is easier than Plague and Nurse, Adept Plague is the hardest for me. But it just my opinion

Plague is only hard, because the Emblem system literally works against her.
Trickster is largely hard, because his perks don't help him that much. Starstruck is a good perk, but Trickster can't use it effectively. Crowd Control isn't that important as he can get knife hits when survivors vault. No Way Out can kind of help, but it's honestly not that good.

It's still hard as hell.
I found trappers pretty hard because gatekeeper is dumb.

It most definitely is possible, and nowhere near as hard as people might suggest when comparing it to the adept achievement for other killers. Most of these achievements are challenging in some way. The emblems were bugged, that is all.

It took me a few games to get Adept Trickster, but I will say map rng can really screw you over compared to some other killer adepts.

I got it on day one in the release of the chapter. That being said, it doesn't mean the trickster is ok, even after the patch he needs more buffs.

I got it at Rank 4 today against 2 toolbox users with a BNP. Its definitely possible and for me personally, wasn't that hard.
