They definitely do not feel like it. I haven't noticed a change from today and yesterday since the update.

  I played a few matches so far today, and I was shocked at a few pallet drops not stunning me as killer. So I agree with the others above me: no.

  Damn, I wanted to wait until pallet stun bug was fixed to start playing again. :(
