Corrupt, tinkerer, monitor and abuse, infectious fright, ruin and thanataphobia are all great perks on her.

I recommend watching Fungoose for tips, he used to main her for a long time and hes very educational. (He has high energy but if you get past that he's very entertaining to watch).

Focus on just infecting people at the start of the game and then move into downing people. Spreading sickness is key with her and I'd recommend thanatophobia to play on this or force them into cleansing, which is a win-win for you.

Early Game: Try to infect as many survivor as you can (just infect, don't chase them if they're not broken). I recommend Corrupt Intervention or Discordance for this purpose.

Mid/Late Game: Once you had 2-3 survivors infected, use your red puke and get as much momentum as you can. Don't be afraid to try shoots over walls or medium loops. For this, you can use Infectious/Tinkerer/Monitor&Abuse/BBQ&Chilli; any of those perks will help you to keep momentum.

If the survivors clense, use your fountains, slug a bit and you will get at least a couple of kills. Use your puke as an info tool in generators, exit doors, totems, etc.

I'd suggest Spies, Thana, Corrupt, and Thrilling

if thana makes them clense, you are an off-brand huntress with flair, if they don't you get free gen slowdown

Thrilling is great for slowing gens and finding targets

Spies makes the crows useful even indoors

Also, there's a great reason she comes with Corrupt in her teachables . . .

    1) there's no right way to play her early game. Sometimes it's best to get a full infection on someone, sometimes it's best to get them sick and leave them alone. It all depend son how well they are playing and how much they have to work with

    2) Hold your puke. If you fully charge it, you run around as at 110% movement speed. This is extremely useful for getting a full infection, as even without add-ons a single full purge to the back is a full infection. It's also useful for chasing people around high-wall tiles such as Jungle Gyms with Corrupt Purge.

    3) You can hit multiple people at once, even through hooked survivors. Her puke phases directly through survivors to get the person behind them as well.

    4) She is a snowball killer. Set them up with Vile Purge, then snowball at your earliest convenience. If they don't cleanse and your one fountain is in a bad spot, ignore it u til you've hooked someone and use the hook as bait as you go collect your power.

    5) If they do cleanse, murder them all with glee. Okay, to be fair this one requires you to be very, very good with her Corrupt Purge. Most plagues aren't even close.

Edit: sorry, posted that before I finished my last thought. What I was going to say was to practice. A lot. She is a very high mechanical skill killer and requires a lot of micromanaging, which is why people claim her to be bad.

A good tip is to make sure you infect people as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would recommend watching the quick plague guide by otzdarva, it is very helpful.

I run this build almost every match:

    BBQ Thana Surveillance and Surge

I sometimes swap surge out with crowd control dying light STFBL and MYC Are these good perks And if they're not tell me what should i swap them with.
