Before posting about resident evil, put a spoiler warning
I dont want to sound like I'm complaining, I've just seen a few posts giving away key details of some of the games and I would hate for someone to have part of this great franchise ruined because of a forum post

I never even played the original OG games and I know Wesker betrayed everyone and was the main bad guy.

i saw one post spoiling a few points in re2 (specifically birkin) + a few others here and there

what is there to spoil about birkin?!just looking at a picture it's sort of obvious to tell what happened to the poor man, also there is a chance he is a killer

possibly his connection to sherry and annette? maybe?
also i don't see him as a killer purely because, ya know, at the end where
he's nothing but a writhing fleshy mass of eyeballs and teeth slowly eating a train like breakfast as it hurtles out of nest, or at least in the 2make. never played the original- came out before i was even born lol

I still think he can be the killer, his normal aspect is his 2nd phase, and when he activates his power he becomes his 3rd form and does something different

mr. x i pray for because i loved the 2make and i want the r34 artists to go "wild".
nemesis would be cool and is probably the most popular one, but going from just the remakes i dont see the appeal.
jack is another really, really good option and i wouldnt mind seeing him at all, but cause he isnt as iconic as mr x it might not be him

My money is on Mr. X, Claire Redfield AND Leon Kennedy. Then they'll have a ton of other character skins as Legendaries.

Why do people keep suggesting Claire? It would make more sence to be Jill no? Jill is in re1 and re3 and some others, I get the feeling Claire is only in re2

Jill will probably be a Legendary skin. Mr. X, Leon and Claire were in RE2 and that would make them pretty obvious to go together. Leon is a beast and Claire is well known as Chris Redfields' sister compared to Jill who was only in 2 games also. You can't think of RE without Chris and Leon. Trust me, there will DEFINITELY be a TON of RE Legendary skins for other' characters. Capcom will not let that go to waste.

Keep in mind there's a Netflix movie coming out this summer starring Leon and Claire, and I believe they both will also be appearing in the upcoming live action reboot (though Chris and Jill will be in that as well.) I would assume, for players unfamiliar with the franchise, they would see the hype for the chapter, and around the same time see advertising for the Netflix RE film, and might check that out?
But I agree that the casual player will probably be more familiar with the image of Jill than the image of Claire.
