Why does deathslinger seem so overpowered when playing survivor, but underpowered when playing killr
I swear to god he seems better than nurse when im a survivor, but when I play him I feel like hes underperforming.
I could just be bad lol but thats what it seems.

You are probably not good with him. And maybe even not good against him. The latter is not really such a big deal, he does not give much counterplay.
When playing however, you most likely can improve. Like, your own abilities dont make a Killer objectively weaker or stronger. E.g. I am horrible at Oni or Deathslinger, but that does not mean that I dont get my ass beaten by them, because there are better players than me playing them.

He has a great 1v1. But has no mobility and can't really snowball with his limited range and speed.

He's strong at what he does, but it just takes awhile to do so.
Nurse blinks, gets a hit, fatigue and repeats.
Slinger has to walk near you, shoot, reel you in, hit, wipe gun, reload, get into distance again, shoot, reel you in, hit, wipe gun.

Yes but Deathslinger has special power and only he has that. Distance doesn't matter for him because him gun ending that. Even Nurse cant do it. Deathslinger is really good killer when you learn him.

Deathslinger is good in chases, but has no map control. Also, he's quite hard to play IMHO.
