Dedicated Servers...
Its about time they made an Ultra Rare Skin for Survivor/Killer for people that are willing to support getting Servers. I mean i would support if they are willing to put the EFFORT to get Dedicated Servers.
What do you guys think?

Ultra rare skin? What do you mean, only a cosmetic or actual advantages?

I believe who would pay for a dedicated server.

Why would they spend resources making a cosmetic for people who want dedicated servers...
I'm pretty sure most of the fanbase want this, and devs are aware of the demand (as it's been brought up in multiple dev streams).

Onky those people who support directly with money will get these skins, not just everyone who wants servers. At least that's what I understood by OPRuneStarr said:Why would they spend resources making a cosmetic for people who want dedicated servers...

Can someone explain dedicated servers to me? I don't understand the idea much.

Be careful with what you wish for. It could become real.
People asked for the removal of region lock, because they had long queue times. Then it got removed and now the very same people complain about lag.
Dedicated servers might not even be possible. Since the game was never designed for it. It was designed for p2p.
Could be hardcoded.
But even IF it were possible. Are you sure that behavior will have servers in your region? You might end up with even higher ping, since you life somewhere far away from a server.
Fortnite players asked for region lock, because they were tired of Asian players with high ping. Devs didn't wanted to change it. But finally gave in. And instantly regretted it.
Because the region lock lead to fewer players per region and in some regions to more cheaters.
So be careful what you wish for.1 -

But even IF it were possible. Are you sure that behavior will have servers in your region? You might end up with even higher ping, since you life somewhere far away from a server.Thing is many mechanics in this game have become more vulnerable towards lags. Vaults, palettets, the inclusion of DH e.g. Even Nurse blinks can appear awkward through lagspikes. And the worst problem is that the ingame ping indicator isn't very reliable. I got matched with killers that had green ping in the lobby and then suddenly lagged the entire game or some who caused lag each time they swinged a hit. Or some people some killer might not live alone and somebody else might causes lags by starting a heavy upload, etc.
People talk so often about balancing this game out. But the thing is, how are you supposed to balance a game, in which the timings of certain actions aren't even 100% consistence? Yes, people can kind adjust a little bit with their timing, if the killer is lagging, but that isn't really a solution. So I can understand why people are wishing for dedicated servers at this point. The majority of the playerbase would most likely benefit from it, while those people who would live farer away from a server might be a small part and probably already have to deal with high pings anyway.
The only big argument against is, are the costs to get to that point. Like you said P2P might be hardcoded into the game. Just thinkg about certain KYF bugs, which seem to happen, when the host isn't playing the killer, I think. Getting the game on servers would take ressource, which might not be available. Maybe they can adjust the netcode to get rid of some specific issues at least. But I feel like something needs to be done to adress lags.0
