Should the MacMillan maps get a redesign from the ground up (to fit with trapper's lore)?

Picking this up from another thread:

The MacMillan maps, while not too bad, are quite lifeless, which in and on itself is an issue. But before that there's a definite disconnect between the maps and trapper's tome entry.

Trapper's initial lore was extraordinary basic. Basic, but enough.

But then his tome entry happens, putting him very well into a certain time-period (early 20th century) that didn't fit with the maps (and his outfit) anymore. The tome entry is good, don't get me wrong, but the maps, as said, and lore don't fit together.

The maps are decently modern. The cars, the computers etc. Trapper can't have known these things going by his tome, so how did the entity recreate them now?

Thus: should the macmillan maps get a rework from the ground up to fit with the timeperiod trapper stems from?

I just want the actual estate house or a map outside of the mine he trapped his father's workers in. Every map besides Ironworks looks the exact same.

They could do with a touch up but nothing major since the maps are very balanced
