Myer is one of the most boring killers in the game.
Average game when I VS Myers goes like this:
Myer goes around Map with his slow movement speed trying to stalk People.
Tier 2 reached and boom there goes the first gen and he still havent started to really interact with the survivors yet.
Now he stalk to tier 3 and boom there goes Another gen or atleast its pretty close to done.
He down someone and let the slug fest begin. 2 survivors slugged. Tier 3 gone. He hook one survivor while the other one remain slugged or someone picked them up. Now if the team is good the 3rd and maybe even 4th gen will pop before he reach tier 3 again. If team is meh you will reach a stalling point where nothing really happnens. Myers try to build back tier 3 while your team are wasting time reseting eachother.
Rise and repeat.
Myers current gameplay isnt really up to date with current DBD. his too slow

I just find his stiff movements and power somewhat funny. If that's enough to make the character not funny to you, thats completely fine. Then again, I do have killers on here that I don't enjoy playing against that are ranked highly (Ghostface, Bubba).
That said, what you say is still true and I hope he gets a rework soon.

Doctor and Pig.
Doctor whole chaotic gameplay is what I really enjoy both as survivor and killer.
Pig got a cute stun noise and the andrenaline rush you get when its like 10 seconds left on the RBT timer and you manage to get rid of it right before its over

Do you mean funny as fun to play or how funny they would be when meeting them? Because Myers would probably be a lot of awkward silence.

Funniest to watch/play against as a survivor. Ideally not as the killer themselves since it's first-person, but you can go off of that too.
For example: I find Myers funny because of his animations, the idea behind his power, and his stun sound.

If we're talking just in game, definently Trapper and Plague for me. Trapper is just funny by default, espiesially if he walks into his own traps.
It's just funny to watch Plague spray her vomit everywhere from a distance as a survivor runs around. Although it's only fun to witness from afar and not being the one vomited on.
