Keep the practice up ^^. She's so fun I'm literally in love with her power.

Try standing still for a few seconds and see what survivors do when you "phase". That way you can react with much more pressicion. I personally don't like to use it if they are not in a loop because that is when you are easier to counter.1

At least if you get it wrong, many survivors seem to run out of the loop and into the open.
Also maybe try some tracking perks. Stridor is good. Not sure about Predator.0 -
As many said, it's a matter of practice. I'm pretty much going through the same. I am still to find a consistent performance. Some games I thrash them, sometimes I get thrashed. Try different builds until you find the one that suits you best (short cast time for chases, stealth for gen grab, etc).
Anyway, here are a few vids that may offer some cool tips:

I have some videos up if you'd like to watch. I mainly stream spirit rank 1.
Some tips though:
I like BBQ a lot as it lets me ping pong from hook too hook. II combine this with MYC which I think on her is extremely strong with her good mobility and pairs very well with your BBQ. While I think Stridor is quite weak and not what it used to be, I like running it on her too help alleviate a little bit of all the people running Iron Will these days which can counter you a lot.
Learn their movements. If they try to double back on you mid chase, you will a lot of the times feel the "bump" into them or most the time even just hear them regardless of being injured from your Stridor. She really needs you to have good headphones since it's all about the sounds, the scratch marks are honestly just a bonus to give you a "general" direction of where they went, it's not your main reader.
