What is the scariest set up of items in your opinion
For me either 3 commodus with spool and BNP with a blood amber prayer bead skeleton key or just 4 purple/green medkits with scissors and gel dressing.

Toolboxes, when used properly, they are imo the strongest item survivors can bring.

- Medkits
- Keys
- Toolboxes
- Maps
- Flashlights
Thats about it. I am more "scared" of 4 Medkits than 4 Toolboxes, for example.

Maps above flashlights really.I know neither of them ar escary but maps just feel so pointless unless you are running an all hexes build or thye have a key in the same lobby

P3 claudettes.

This is correct, but Flashlights most likely give me free Hits, Maps dont do that.

4 Med-kits worry me more than anything else in a lobby now. It pretty much guarantees that it's harder to spread damage around without getting a down quickly, because those survivors are going to be back to full health almost instantly, even without a teammate nearby. Same as for someone getting unhooked. The additional health states 4 super-charged Med-kits can give survivors can alter how you choose to take chases altogether.
The toolboxes don't worry me as much. 4 flashlights mean that the team is planning to be super-altruistic (or maybe, super-trolly), and in either case, it's more likely to be to their detriment than help. Maps only worry me if I'm running a totem build -- if I see one in the lobby and am running Ruin/Undying or Devour, I'll probably switch the former to Pop/Corrupt and the latter to something different altogether.

Probably a SWF with a key, 2 toolboxes, and a medkit.
Then the inevitable hatch offering + map offering comes through. Gens get slammed with BNPs, maybe someone has an insta medkit, and at 2 gens left you almost automatically lose the game.
