    You mean calm spirit? Iron will mutes your moans of pain when you are injured, you will still scream tho

    It's not designed to work with Infectious Fright as far as I'm aware.

    Iron Will diminishes grunts of pain when injured, not terror screams.

    No, Iron Will doesn't work against any perk or power that makes you scream (infectious, Iron Maiden, Deathbound, Doctor, Clown).

    Calm Spirit prevents you from screaming, Iron Will only hides your grunts of pain.

    Calm Spirit is supposed to surpress the screams, same as with Nurses add-on, Anxious Grasp. If it's not supressing the scream that may well be a bug, and a bug report will be needed...preferably with video if you have it.
