Cannot connect to online services of DBD

When i get to that screen where it says "press space to continue" i press space and then after like half a minute error appears that i cannot connect to online services. error code: 8014

I usually reboot my computer after getting that, and it helps.

Restart Steam. It will take you a few times, but you will be able to login eventually.

Took me a few attempts but I eventually got in, didn't need to restart steam or anything, just kept trying.
