I hope the survivors model update is just polished
I hope they keep all there currant facial features and whatnot and look allmost exactly like they do at the moment just more poliahed , they don't have to make them "prettier" like I see some people make them to look like in there edits to look just more physically attractive but then all that makes the survivor themselves is just wiped out and it's sad

I bet that they will reduce the fps for everyone by about 10 lol can't wait for games running at half the frames they should be.

Agreed.
I keep seeing all these fan edits trying to make the Survivors look like supermodels. Apparently, you're not allowed to look like a normal person without Twitter trying to 'fix' you.

I think we can agree that there are some that need a bit of a... "facelift" though.

I like the characters as they are. I like that Meg is sexy thin and Jane is sexy thicc. I like that there are white, Asian, Eastern and black characters. I like that some of the guys are studs and some of the guys are goons. I like that some of the ladies are busty and some of the ladies are flat.
The survivors all have personality to me. They're visually distinct and there is no one universal "type" between them. I would honestly be disappointed if any of them changed in appearance.

Okay I hope so as well, but if we don’t get atleast one survivor who looks like a molding hotdog bun i’ll be very upset

Quentin is the only one other than mabye Laurie who needs actual changes, tho I hope we can get a separate face to have gremlin Quentin as an option when we get the new one

Yeah they all look like models and everything that makes the unique was wiped and they all became unrecognizable it was annoying

I appreciate that Laurie is in the game but she's clearly a case of being denied likeness rights. Which is weird because Jamie Lee Curtis absolutely relishes the role and is supposedly even into gaming. No idea why the person who agreed to star in Christmas With the Kranks would have a problem being in Dead By Daylight.

I'm glad they're getting an update, but I agree, I hope they don't become unrecognizable.
What I really want though are unique animations for each survivor. It would give them a lot of personality and uniqueness instead of just being skins. Things like making it look like Meg runs like it was effortless and making Ace walk like he was prancing down a Vegas strip, or making Dwight nervously scratch his arm while standing about. Things like that would go a long way when it comes to characterizing these people.
