What do you think would improve the game?

Yep i realized

Hopefully they do that, I just had enough with leveling up all the time which dbd mobile has a daily calender which the PC or Console don't have that kind of mechanics to get shards.

Yep

Make it more fun

Adding a new game mode like hide and seek
0 -
For real though
Killer- make even losing not a miserable experience. Losing is fine and all but typically if you lose you get trolled hard which is pretty miserable. Sometimes winning can even be just as bad
Survivor- give something else do to outside of gens. I personally don't mind doing gens but I do mind having to do 3 whole gens by myself most games
Overall I like the game a lot but there are certain aspects of it that just...arent fun

Faster queue times. It wouldn't feel as much as a waste for a bad game
Also, a causal mode where you have no rank, just MMR once they make that system good enough.
0 -
No i believe that's too much just add a new game mode
0 -
Hide and seek would be amazing

Imagine, be me, PS4 no chat ;_; I wanna chat with survivors maybe just promise like Jason in F13

A full and proper optimization, meeting that goal of 60fps minimum from March 2019 for ALL PLATFORMS, and a functioning MMR.
2 -
Having a sandbox could be a good way to improve the game.Having the player creating their own map and loops and people can play on it in kyf.
The other ways to improve this game can be better optimization and all platform.
Buffing solo then buffing killer to compensate.
Reworking perk that aren't good, unfair and/or to powerful to be more fun and balance.
Reworking map after the behind realm is done to be more balance
Adding new objectives for survivors to slow down the game a bit and add something new for killers to help them (like a killer version of a chest)
Adding a workshop could encourages player's to be more interactive in game (
1 -
Easier access to content that affects gameplay
- Shrine rework for acquiring perks
- Easier way to level up perks without the need for the bloodweb
- Recycling of items
- Paying Bloodpoints to skip bloodwebs
- Reduction of junk in the Bloodweb - Example - All map offerings just become one rare item and upon purchase you choose what realm offering you want it to become - This leaves room for more survivors addons and killer addons on the bloodweb. In a sense like the mystery box except no randomization - Or just make it another type of mystery box to reduce junk on the bloodweb and make map offerings less common.
Improve the new player experience
- Up to date tutorial on all features streamlined into a sandbox tutorial where the player is given time to experiment with gameplay mechanics in an open environment much more relatable to Dead by Daylight
- Give players a handful of starting addons and items for both killer and survivor - This teaches them an important role in properly using addons that are available to them - This could be incorporated into a tutorial
Overhaul outdated mechanics and implement fresh new ones
- Overhaul old survivor addons as some of them are outdated or confusing - A good example is the majority of the flashlight addons make no sense or are worthless
- Post game heatmap of survivor and killer activity with timestamps on important events such as when a totem is broken and by who, generator completion times, etc.
- Better customization options for both killer and survivor - Cosmetics for flashlight models, light effects and blind effect, medkit skins, toolbox skins, map skins, etc. - Proper killer customization and the option to lightly decorate the basement - For example stringing up the last survivor (With cosmetics) on the wall that you mori'd
- Lobby Customization - Music, visuals and survivor placement (Client Side)
- Various themes and weather effects in maps (Snow in Red Forest, Rain in Macmillian Estate, etc.)
- The ability for each survivor to see each others perks in the lobby to help plan the game better - This closes the gap between Solo and SWF.
- Overhaul of all team oriented perks - GIves allies notifications when a perk comes into play - For example - Babysitter should give a survivor a buff icon similar to We'll Make It - Make this consistent with all Team Oriented Perks. Again this closes the gap between solo and SWF - Balance the perks after this change.

It would be amazing if they optimize the entire game and fixe all the bugs.
I prefer a big optimization and bugfix patch than new contents every months... It's DbD, not Fortnite...

Remove perk tiers. Unlocked perks are automatically unlocked across all characters.
Remove postgame chat
Separate queues for casual and competitive

Replacing m1 holding with item fetching for gen repairs, updating the pip system to work properly as a win/lose condition, and adding in some form of solo que info sharing.

I thought ruin was fine?

-remove perk tiers, you know how annoying it is to wait for 150 bloodwebs just for a perk you want?
-fix busted stuff like keys, certain killer addons
-buff lower tier perks like buckle up or hangmans trick
-make it so everyone gets their own shrine of secrets where perks that they already have dont appear
-rework quentins face, i know it probably costs thousands of dollars for another nightmare on elmstreet license but its worth it
-make solo queue changes like adding kindred as a basekit (but without the killers aura)
-a bunch of other stuff that just makes gameplay on both sides less frustrating

To improve the game I 100% believe they need to optimize it on console. The frames drop on basically any action done. (Killer using power, touching a gen, using dead hard.) The game wouldn't be as bad if you could actually play it within frames dropping. Also a few changes to some killers and solo q would be nice.

I am looking for a good game to entertain my friends during stressful times. Recently my friend introduced me among us unblocked but I don't know where to download them safely.

Nerf Spirit, find a way to make Nurse easier on new players while reducing the near game-breaking skill ceiling, rework/delete NOED, rework keys, buff unusable perks for killer and survivor, make Camaraderie base kit if killer is within 5 meters while gates are not powered... That's my first few changes.

Remove ranking. It's become pointless, swf can easily bypass the "match making" system. I went from liking swf to damning it. I know, typical killer main complaint, but I'm one of those people who refuses to bend to the meta, I play a game to have fun, but right now it just feels like I'm forced to use it to have any fun.

I would love a dedicated setting to completely mute all menu sounds. They're repetitive and loud. I muted the menus music years ago and never looked back since but sadly can't do the same with general menu sounds without muting everything else.
At the start and end of every game I adjust the main volume to either mute or unmute the game. It's rather annoying having to spam click to get to the perfect percentage quickly, since holding down increases in increments much too slowly. So it'd be awesome to have these options:
(Made this edit before menu setting changes).

Remove killers and remove gens also give us 1mil BP for escape that's true balance

They could remove the ranking system too. just stick with a player level that only that person can see, give rewards for devotion levels and get the damn match making right and it would help a lot.

Don't they have a button thay does that already?

Things I would do, personally:
- Put in more scoring events for the "Survival" category for survivors that can be achieved without perks
- Nerf or change spirit and bubba
- Heavily nerf, remove, or otherwise change what keys do
- Buff a lot of killer/survivor non-meta perks
- Remove tiered perks
- Give each survivor a - small - little perk or innate ability that makes them stand out a little (like + 1 luck for ace, +10% heal speed for claud, +10% locker enter/exit speed for Dwight, whatever. I'm making this up as I go)

I'm going to catch some heat for this but a small list:
More ways to get Iridescent shards
Killer's being able to see who was hooked and how many times like survivors
Double BPs for the rest of the year or just a higher amount of BPS in the bloodwebs, by default
A way to talk to the killer/survivors in close proximity, like maybe 5-6 meters (would be able to disable it)
New gesture for STOP so a survivor knows its not safe to run if its a stealth killer
Have a perk that removes 70% of your stagger from falls but does nothing else for survivors
A new item that hides your scratch marks and blood for 8 seconds (could be a medkit add-on that works only after being unhooked 1-time use)
A perk that allows a killer to get more stacks of double BPs but no other effect
A perk that allows survivors to get double BPs but no other effect
Faster Bloodweb (click and it instantly fills the node)
Show a Bloodweb path for the Entity (Shows what the killer will target before it targets and where it'll go next)

You have a button to make the end game chat dissapear

- Unranked mode
- More frequent Killer balancing and reworks
- A recycle system for offerings and addons into shards or BPs
- A new game mode
I guess thats it.

I don't agree on voice proximity and Killer's being able to see whose hooked and how many times.

Emotes. I want to be able to clap my hands next time someone gets downed right in front of me

Better graphics and game engine.

Making gen regression perks mutually exclusive the same way that exhaustion perks are mutually exclusive, so that perks like Surge and Oppression can be buffed significantly without making Pop or Ruin stronger than they already are. People could still run 2 perks that have different requirements, the same way that Balanced Landing and Dead Hard can still be used together. Just that the 2 perks cannot be used at the same time or in quick succession.

eh, I dont think they should remove them completely, I actually think that you should be able to access lower tiers on perks if you unlocked a higher tier. I think the initial grind is fine because it helps people to learn to use their perks on their characters.
What I DO think should be done, is that Prestiging unlocks all unlocked perks on their tier. Meaning if you have 40 perks unlocked as you P1, you start out with 40 perks at T1. Meaning the most optimal way of leveling is unlocking all the perks first before you prestige a character. Because if you're able to prestige a character, you've already learned about all the perks that are useful on that character, and there is no reason to re-learn all the perks from t1.
This way, if you P3 a character, you would have all unlocked perks available at t3 instantly(I calculated it before, this means that reaching P3 lvl 50 with all perks would "only" cost you 7 million BP, instead of the current 15 million BP, cutting the grind in half).
Having additional access to prior tiers for the sake of challenging yourself would just be a QoL.

more servers...across the world...to prevent people from getting high ping lobbies because most of the server are on EE.UU ..this will improve the game a lot...(especially dedicated hits and laggy killer because not every player is from EE.UU) and some countries does not have servers nearby....

Better performance

The removal of Bloodlust Tiers altogether. Bloodlust should kick in after around 20 seconds and provide the same speed boost as tier 1.
Nerfing problematic killers like Spirit whose counterplay comes down to guesswork. All killers should have some degree of counterplay to their power. Unfortunately, Spirit's power is a total information blackout.
The removal of perk tiers. It's unnecessary and adds extra grind to an already grindy game.

- Lock the graphical settings and make the maps darker. Being able to reduce the graphical settings and brighten the game is not only unfair to console players, it breaks atmosphere and immersion. The maps should be dark and spooky. This is a horror themed game. You attract horror fans.
- Generators should effect more map interactions when completed. They should light up the areas considerably, turning on hallway lights and house lights, ect. They should unlock and open new areas. So as the game progresses, my "dark map" idea becomes brighter as more gens are completed.
- Expand the boiled down gameplay. The games have gotten ridiculously fast. The Killers feel rushed and resort to Metas to rush the Survivors. The survivors counter the fast rush with "second chance Perks". The early game should occupy the Survivors with something to do like, find generator parts before they can begin to fix one. And the Killer Should have some early game set-up and or travel to start looking for survivors. Trapper, Hag, Demo all have early game set up but most don't.
- Make most items found in game. Rummaging for a flashlight, medkit, toolbox, key, map, ect., Should mostly be done in the match, This would occupy a bit of Survivor time and, provide some randomness and unpredictability. This would make chest Perks much more valuable. Yes, you can escape with items and possibly still get them from Web but, that should be significantly reduced to promote in game searching.
- Make maps bigger and or increase gen times. The biggest gripe you will see in the community is basically feeling rushed, tunneled and camped. The game play has boiled down too far, reduced to meta rush and counters.
- Transparency in mechanics. The game is a literal nightmare for new and casual players. With an ever growing list of Perks, Add-ons and Killer base kits. I really can't explain how BBQ works to one more person. I use BBQ as an example because every friend I've ever invited to play this game. I have to explain what BBQ does and, remind them to anticipate it. I suggested that Survivors should scream when affected by BBQ instead of a hidden hard reveal. This tells players, even if they are brand new, that something just happened and they've been revealed, it also has the added benefit of interrupting actions so, a little trade off for the Killer.
- Weapons and stuns. In every horror movie, at some point, the Survivors fight back against the Killer. Weapons should be one time stuns and they can only be found in game. How many spawn is random, along with the other items.

Nerf killers and add a new objective. This way not 99% of chasing need to finish with the surv in dying state

Removing haddonfield.

I had a really fun end to end match the other night and wanted to thank the killer for an exciting and clean match, but couldn't as he was a PC player.

you can disable the chat yourself in the settings menu.

Seeing the amount of hooks and who was hooked would help with better decision making in the long run. It wouldn't do anything for tunneling since if you're going to tunnel, you won't let that person go anyway but it'll help with general knowledge specially during farming. Voice Proximity so the chases are more interactive or the survivors can say someone is coming (stealth killers).

yeah... I definitely don't know of people that setup up an auto clicker and grinded out 2 thousand shards by the end of the day
