Well, it really depends. Given the limited information.
Id start with adjustment disorder to give a lighter diagnosis which giving it the additional specification in connected to recent stressors
For a bit more heavier id say intermittent explosive disorder with violent tendencies connected to outbursts of rage
Now the mor serious diagnosis would be antisocial personality disorder (aka sociopathy).
The first diagnosis would likely only require counseling while the other two would require both counseling and medications.
Those are the 3 more likely diagnoses but there are others that would require further exploration

That said, Meg is my girl. The fortune teller outfit is gorgeous. Her hair is down, golden red, her beautifully toned midriff is on display, and if you swap her dress for pants you can see her cute lower back dimples. I think that she's a very attractive character model. Then again most of the women in this game are. Not all, but most. Some may find it weird but whatevs, I have no sexual interest in these characters because they're not real but can still recognize an attractive painting, illustration, video game character, what have you. It's perfectly normal until it becomes a fetish, and even then, there are some stranger fetishes out there.
And I'll be fair. I'm as straight as an arrow but I'm secure enough in my masculinity to recognize that Steve is a hunk.

I think that her character model is very pretty (though the prettiest face may be Zarina, I'm not sure yet) but I do admit that on some really close-up renders of her on the main DBD site make her look a lot worse (to be fair they make all the other characters she's standing with look worse). I guess I'm saying that in-game, where I'm used to her, I think that she looks quite pretty. In the fortune teller outfit I think she's straight-up beautiful.
Love the series (though the third one is the first one to drop in quality) but eh, I like my women to look less strung out.
