Which DLC should I buy?
I am thinking of Halloween because I love Myers and Laurie. I don't like Freddy but I love Pig. Leatherface is cool also although it's not a proper dlc I could get him too.
Others I can get with shards so I don't plan to buy them but you can recommend them too.

I would have said Freddy but you don't like him, plus better off waiting for the rework now to see what it's like. It should be coming soon™.
Pig can be fun but imo she's weak. Like really weak. LF is a bit of a dud and mostly only worth it for BBQ. Myers....not my cup of tea but many people seem to really like him.0 -
Leatherface is a great killer for new killers and all of his perks are useful.

LF has BBQ&C and that's important for BP to help get all the perks and stuff.

In terms of usefulness the licensed killers, from best to "worst" based upon what you get in terms of killer and perks for unlocking are Myers, a tie between Leatherface and Pig (Leatherface for the perks and Pig for the killer utility), and promptly followed by Freddy whose only real contribution is Bloodwarden.
In terms of original killers under the same stipulations of best to "worst" based upon killer utility and perks for unlocking, Spirit is currently the best followed by Hag, a Clown and Doctor tie based upon your playstyle, then Legion who has perks... kinda? but with the changes to Surveillance their really useful one just got heavily underwhelmed and unless you're willing to feed lots of bloodpoints into their bloodweb they're not going to put out much in terms of kills and rank.1 -
Thanks everyone I got Halloween for now because I get two characters i really like.
When I get enough shards I will probably get another killer soon.1 -
To be honest, you should wait a bit and see how everything plays out.
This game is in a critical situation. And if I had not bought most of the DLCs I would wait until game breaking bugs like the good old "DBD Process inactive", "DBD just crashed" and "DBD loading screen of Death" are solved.
Remember, you're not motivating anybody by feeding them. Keep them hungry.
And in my opinion, there's a lot of issues that need to be adressed, which were already introduced with the Unreal Engine Update. And I'm not talking about minor things like nerfs or buffs that would pamper either survivors or killers.

I don't know I'm enjoying Myers so I think it was worth it.1

Myers for the best licenced killer, Leatherface for BBQ. Everything else is not worth for a survivor main like you0
-
All of them ........eventually.
I feel Spirit is absolutely a must-have. Fantatsic Killer, Michael Myers amd Leatherface too (LF for BBQ _Chili and Franklin's Demise)0 -
You made the right choice with Halloween. Its the best DLC.

I think I'm gonna buy Piggy and Leatherface too, I'm getting addicted to playing killer now. -.- But I still don't want Freddy, his game style doesn't suit me. When I get 9k shards I'll buy Spirit next.0

I would personally recommend purchasing Leatherface first, but only if your a beginner with little to no experience in the game, for a few different reasons. First of all, Leatherface is probably the easiest to learn. He has an EXTREMELY low skill ceiling. Along with that, Leatherface has some of the best perks in the whole game. Otherwise I would recommend buying the Halloween DLC, for several reasons. My main one being that you get a fantastic killer and a very good survivor in the form of Michael and Lorie. Michael is a fantastic killer in this game. He has several different perks and powers that make him extremely hard to counter and escape. A skilled Myers can DOMINATE a server. Lorie is also a very good and resourceful survivor when you need her. She's fast and agile, which makes her a worthy opponent against Myers. But this is just my personal opinion.

Never let the past die, I suppose.
