Taking bets now: Will lucky break go live?
Honestly I have faith that it will NOT go live and the change will be left out like the kindered change a while ago.
We might slate the devs sometimes for balance choices we disagree with, but I have almost full hope that they can easily identify that this perk is too strong or at least how it's incredibly annoying. Especially since its been like 3 weeks, easily enough time to review the perk.

Yeah, it'll be like every other PTB, unchanged for a week/month until the complaining become unbearable

It hurts Killers, so it will go live, then get nerfed two years from now once Survivors complain that the meta is stale. :P

I don’t think it will go live, personally. Weaker perks have been held back in the past so I’ll be disappointed if this one goes through.

Considering someone even came up with this idea and they put it on the PTB I wouldn't be surprised if it went live tbh

I think it'll go live.
I predict the meta will be shaken up in a weird way. Spies From The Shadows will see use again. (It used to be considered a META perk for crying out loud in the olden days)
Aura reading addons (The ones people often consider crap like the Clown Middle FInger or the aura reading addon for Huntress, etc.) will see a bit of use.
Influx of Doctors, Plague's, and Tombstone Myers.
Then, at some point, it'll be nerfed.
I'm somewhat optimistic and will wait to see what happens before I argue it's overpowered or not. I definitely think it might be a problem though in red ranks if all 4 survivors are running it and playing optimally. (Spread out across gens, toolboxes, etc.)
I definitely think it went from being a "meh" perk to a meta perk but once again I want to see it in action first.

Why?? Literally every streamer who said it was going to be horrible and OP are saying it's not an issue anymore. Tofu was scared about it going live but after going against it he said I wasn't bad. I've heard this from tons of streamers. Meta really needs a change and killer is literally at its all time easiest... Yes, I play both sides. Equally.

Sure it'll be fine for the likes of Tofu, but imagine how the bully teams will hit learner killers when they can remove all methods of tracking?

I believe it will go live, but not in its current form. Probably have the time reduced to compensate its strength.

It'll go live, 99.9% of stuff from ptb's goes live (if something even got changed) and the stuff that gets changed was changed in the wrong direction. (Something weak gets nerfed or something strong gets buffed)

they said trickster went live as is because they didn't get enough feedback.
I recall the forums countlessly telling BHVR how weak trickster is.
So they just going to ignore all complaints about it

If they allow a perk like Tinkerer, Starstruck, or even BBQ to be in the game for years, then a Lucky Break buff is way overdue. They never buff survivor perks.

Yes, plus the devs announced that the changes will come on the 4th. Probably will be nerfed within less of a month though.

Killers have complained about the DS/Unbreakable/Sprint Burst/Dead Hard, etc meta for years, but at the same time very resistant to buffing weak perks to add variety.
I'd like to see more perks get the Lucky Break treatment, such as Botany Knowledge, Streetwise, Up the Ante, Wake Up, Lightweight, etc.
Same for the Killer's side. Perks such as Agitation, Beast of Prey, Coup de Grâce, Monstrous Shrine, Insidious, etc could do with some tune ups.

I want weak perks to be buffed but this is too much unless your pluage legion doc or a insta down killer you are gonna lose them very easily especially with iron will

bully teams already hit killers, the game isn't balanced around them and rightfully so
