Trapper can use a rework for his traps to move away from RNG.

The most important change Trapper needs is for all of his traps to spawn in a central container in the middle of the map. Naturally, he starts the trial with two traps by default.

I agree, he needs buffs. The community also seems to agree as well, and his suggested buffs are extremely simple but helpful. Like the most confusing thing to when they last touched trapper was why did they make his RNG "fixed"? Seriously, just make it take 10 seconds to get out of a trap at base. That's it, his power would immediately become much more consistent, and that is just one idea I have for him.

Just give him an extra trap to carry in his base kit and a 2.5%-5% speed boost when he has no traps in hand and he's golden

I played a game with Trapper recently and someone was complaining I was using a top tier killer and I havent touched Trapper in 2 years besides that 1 game lol

He's one of those hit-or-miss killers. By the nature of traps, Trapper can sit by and let the team wreck themselves. If not being actually disabled by traps, then the fear of getting trapped will pressure survivors into making poor decisions. A good trapper cleaves through bad teams, so they were correct in that regard.

I main trapper and dislike playing against him. He’s fine as is, IMO. Just get one in the basement shack and it’s game over for survivors.

Well not gonna lie but me personally... I hate Trapper, he's in my Top 3 most hated killers to go against but I can't deny he needs a buff.
I think they should just allow the guy to start the trial with all his traps on him that way he shouldn't have to waste time walking around the map to get them. If he wants the traps back he'll have to go pick them up in the location s he set them but good thing is there's no cap on how many he can carry.
This would easily turn Trapper into an A tier killer.

Absolutely this. There is no good reason for Trapper not to start with all of his traps equiped. Just one small change that would massively affect his gameplay for the better.

Trapper just needs less rng and less set up. Give him 2 traps base and make escaping traps more like a snap out of it than just pure luck

Trapper needs some reworks. He is strongest if you play defensively aka hook somebody in the basement, trap every path and soft camp the area. Easiest way to get 4k with him. I would like to see trap being stronger the more distance you have for survivor, so it would benefit killer for being more aggressive and less campy. For example if survivor got trapped 30-40 meters a way he would get debuffs like slower healing, slower generator repair etc for 60 seconds.

Trapper absolutely needs a buff. Unlike other killers such as Myers, Legion, etc who I feel need a complete rework, Trapper would be super simple to buff. Give him an extra trap to carry as base kit, to start with.
A suggestion I've been thinking about is that when a survivor steps on a trap, he'd receive a 5% or 10% haste buff for a couple seconds. This would give him a little more map pressure, and potentially allow him to snowball.

All I am saying is the more people who get angry with him the more he will do it. I agree its stupid and I see where you are coming from I too would have been on the bandwagon of going off on him then but then I found how everyone else was responding and thought about it people like this won't stop even if we go off now if people start to believe him, go off I'll commend you but no one believes Tony it's kind of like having that one kid in you're class who always "know something" about what you're talking about everyone just says "good for you" and moves on actually having a conversation. Now if he says something really outlandish that may very well not be a joke, get'em go for it my man i'll even back you but still most of his stuff is obvious baits.
