So in the patch notes, the twins got nerfed to where successful pounces had a 5 sec cooldown but now they buffed them to where they can move if they do get a successful pounce attack
this seems pretty strong but I haven't played them yet can someone tell me how it is

I tried it in KYF. The only difference is you have to be closer to Victor to crush him.

can he move at normal speed or does he movie slower.

More importantly- is it enough to balance out the extra 2 seconds of stun they gave them?
