They released billy's default jeans as a free rift reward.

Well, it was copied and pasted from mobile. It's still lazy though - it should've at least had a blue tint or something.

I because it's only suppose to be on the skin, that's why trappers clothes dont have ice on them in his cosmetic. Also the dbd mobile skin didnt come with pants for billy
