Red and Blue Glyphs are interactable objects that you can collect to make progress towards a Glyph Challenge. Red Glyphs can be collected by both survivors and killers, but Blue Glyphs can only be collected by survivors. In order to spawn a Red or Blue Glyph into a trial, you must have their respective Glyph Challenge active in The Archives. When in a trial with the challenge active, one Red/Blue Glyph will appear in a random location and stay there until you collect them. They are invisible from far away, but become visible to you when you get within a certain proximity of them:

To collect a Glyph, move up to one and hold your interaction button. After a few seconds, the Glyph will disappear and you'll make progress towards your Glyph Challenge:

Interacting with a Blue Glyph will afflict you with the Blindness or Oblivious status effect for a time.

Nice guide! I'm sure this will be helpful to anyone who is confused on how to use these.

Glyphs also make a sound when you're near them. I've found quite a few after hearing them on other side of a wall.

So far I've only recieved the "Blindness" status, which made OoO a very unwise choice

I put the Glyph challenge last this time around because I was insanely lucky the last tome to find them relatively quickly overall. You have to be extremely close to have them manifest just for the audio cue, and they can spawn literally anywhere. I hate it when they're all the way against a wall in an obscure corner of the map.
