Me, a Red Rank Killer, vs. Green Rank Survivors
Besides, you don’t really know until the end game screen. 🤷♂️

Those were my games when they tested mmr.
I think the idea is to drop them on the hatch, not divebomb'em into making one in the ground.

I feel bad after pummeling Survivors who just weren't ready sometimes, but as OP pointed out you never know who you're up against until after the game so I play like every team is an SWF death squad. And often I'm right.

Was it during summer mmr period? I was consistently getting the same type of matches at that time.

Funnily enough I think I took that screenshot when they were testing MMR, could be remembering wrong though.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was.

Doesn't help that half the red ranks out there play like they're in yellow ranks 🤦♂️

Ugh, yes. I sometimes wonder how these people get to Red, though I know it's because they got carried by SWF so really it's a rhetorical question.

Agreed. And I'll fully admit the only reason I'm a red rank killer is because of these ranks being full of boosted survivors lol

A moral conundrum. Do I let them go because clearly outmatched and I feel sorry (thus giving them an escape against a red rank killer)
OR
Kill them. No remorse to make sure they’re properly ranked in MMR?
Truth is how much deviousness bloodpoints I’ve accumulated in the trial usually makes the decision for me. Hard to pass up the +2,500.

They didnt get carried by SWF, its just not hard at all to rank up

I play solo as well and it really isnt that hard. If youre up against an experienced killer then you are giving them a reason to tunnel you. If theyre inexperienced then its on you to up your chase game.
Ever lost should be seen as a learning and experience and reflect on things you did that game that you could of done better to be able to correct and lookout for in future games

What I experienced a lot this evening was that when I played as a killer (Rank 13) I got a lot against survivors which had a red or purple rank.
Some of those matches went OK for me with 2 kills (when I was lucky I sometimes got 3) but many times they were just way better then I was. I don't really understand how I get matched with those people.
PS: I started playing last christmas, took a break and started playing about a week ago again
