Who thinks they should reduce the amount for wiggling?
I feel that there are too many close proximity hooks for the wiggle to even be an option
I also feel that the constant wiggling is going to ruin a controller or keyboard.

I think I may have had one instance where wiggling has got me off the killer and thats because this killer liked to bring everyone to the basement and I was lucky to be far enough away.

Wiggling is meant to stop you from being brought across the map to the basement, not to be a get out of jail free card if the killer gets ######### hook RNG.
And yeah, sometimes a lot of hooks can spawn together, but then wiggling doesn't matter, does it. And there are also times where 1 hook spawns in an entire quarter of the map.
Wiggling only becomes a game mechanic when the killer is making a massive mistake, or have been ######### by the map.

I don't think there's any problem with the base wiggle time, if they buffed boil over to increase it by a set amount I myn't be down for that. Sadly I don't think they would because SWFs would abuse that with breakout.

No, absolutley not.
There are so many areas on maps where the Killer can just barely make it to the nearest hook, and thats -without- body blocking, sabotage, breakout, hooks being destroyed by sacrifices, ect.
If the wiggle time was decreased even just a teensy bit, Iron Grasp + Agitation + Mad Grit would basically become mandatory on every killer.

They should just add the option to hold down a button to wiggle. I like the A + D or swinging the control stick around concepts, but eh...

There's Flip-Flop and Breakout (however Breakout affects the wiggling of other survivors).

You're not supposed to be able to wiggle off. The mechanic exists to prevent you from getting hooked in the basement, not to give you an escape.

There are already perks in the game that help with this, plus it's something that shouldn't be easy to achieve at base - it requires some team work such as Sabo, Breakout etc.

I'm all for different forms of inputs for wiggling, as it's especially rough on controllers, but otherwise no, the length it pretty good. You get that feeling of desperation for escape and, for long carries, that bit of hope. And actually getting that rare wiggle escape is always a "Holy crap, I'm free" moment that's enjoyable

Considering that Boil Over and Breakout exist, I think reducing the amount would be a bad idea.

They should do what they did for struggle phase: make it a skill check. But they definitely should decrease it a little bit or make it build up a little faster. I like the struggle phase skill check, sometimes my finger cramps after hitting A repeatedly.
