New to killer? Here's a killer difficulty tier list :D

If you're new to dbd, the actual difficulty description isn't accurate for a alot of the killers & how difficult they are, so as someone with 2k hours I made a DEFINITIVE tier list for how difficult the killers actually are. Here's a basic description for why they're difficult or easy:

Very Hard: These are killers with more than one ability & require experienced map knowledge

Hard: These are killers with more than one ability or are difficult to learn, but don't require alot of map knowledge.

Moderate: Some have more than one power, but they're very easy to learn, & you don't need any map knowledge.

Very Easy: Straight to the point powers, no map knowledge needed & are very forgiving with mistakes.

If you have any questions please ask.

She labels why, "straight to the point power, no map knowledge needed."

Simple to use power that's very forgiving to mistakes, something that alot of new players will make.

She doesn't require map as much map knowledge as the rest require. The legion's power isn't very forgiving, so a new player will find it difficult. As stated above, he's very forgiving with mistakes with an easy to use power since he has 60 blades, but only needs 16min for a down.

hag and plague should be hard not very hard

    nurse should be very hard

maybe blight on very hard? You can use him like a fast m1 killer which does make him just "hard" but using him to his full potential is very hard

    probably huntress to moderate

    How Oni is hard

Hag is like... The most simple killer amongst the strong killers (besides Freddy)...

She is neither mechanically demanding nor does she need a lot of "unique" knowledge. She requires the same map knowledge as any other killer and her power is basically just planting your own position where people will have to be at some point. Not really difficult but it's your list

I disagree that Nurse doesn't need as much map knowledge. Nurse is constantly launching herself forward... and depending on the map Nurse may be blinking blind on like 60% of her blinks.

Speaking as someone who has played quite a bit of Legion and Trickster... Legion is in general much more forgiving. Sure if you miss a swing as Legion you eat a 4 second stun, thing is that it is incredibly easy to go multiple games in a row only eat that stun when you run out of duration or cancel on purpose. To add to that, successful Frenzy hits buy you 12 - 44 seconds of the Survivor's time and is super easy to get which buys you a lot of time in case you make other mistakes.

Trickster on the other hand has no built in game slowdown. In certain circumstances, you can acquire downs incredibly quickly with him... but even having an accuracy of 75% (which is very high) increases the number of knives required from 16 to 22. Depending on what tile you're at, getting those 6 more knives can take a long time.

Nurse is so hard on console that should literally have her own tier called "pls help me". That is true for PC too, I can't play her without the training wheels yet she's so goddamn frustrating that Everytime I decide to play her a piece of my soul is sacrificed

Very questionable tier list, Blight is BY FAR the hardest killer to play and to master, Spirit is not that easy at all and NONE of those "Very Hard" ones are actually hard to play, Trickster and Huntress are also not that easy, duuude is this a bait or what? If its a bait then u got me hard!

ngl this one looks pretty good. I personally would probably slide Legion down a little to between Clown and Myers. Probably would slide Doc up a bit. Getting the timing down to deny pallets and vaults is a bit tricky.

Switch Demo and Spirit, put Pig in the Very Easy tier because she's a very basic killer to play, put Huntress as the lowest in Hard, and uh, I have no clue why Nurse isn't the hardest. The descriptions don't make that much sense tbh.

Huntress very easy? She needs bumping up a few levels, especially for people learning her on console.

How does Plague require map knowledge apart from general loops, which 90% of the cast need to care about?

This tier list is complete nonsense.

ghostface is not the same as myers, both stalks but still, ghostface is more sneaky, when myers can feed himself when he see a survivor. (also can you correct me? This would help me improve my english)

Blight requires massive map knowledge dude, you gotta know where you’ll slide and where you’ll be able to bump and use it to your advantage.

Blood orb management. Learning how to wall strave, knowing when to use the power and make the most out of it. Knowing how the hitbox of the bonk works. Learning how to get the first hit very early. Learning mindgames with the demon dash, learning how and when to slug, just going for always slug is not the smartest play if the survivors know what they are doing.

If you dont have any map knowledge as a Nurse, you're just going to end up grinding your face on random props or in random locations that do nothing for you.

I think there's a difference here. Are you saying usability or success? Both are different imo.

Usability: simple powers, easy to learn. Easiest is Bubba and Trapper. Former is easy (find and chainsaw, don't hit walls) and latter is M1 with traps. Hardest would be Spirit (sound based which is hard) and Blight (Pinball around the map). Usability of powers is hard for new survivors, but may lead to hard games (Trapper games at rank 20 against ok survivors can be painful)

Success: these killers will help survivors learn the game better and lead to better success. Best would be Doctor and Legion. Both have the ability to find survivors quickly which is a problem most survivors have at first. Hardest would be Plague, Blight. Plagues power has the delay of infection and when she projectiles. Blight again is a hard because of pinballing. Both of these need some experience before jumping in imo.

That's how to play well. The same is true for almost every killer. I see a lot of beginners playing Oni and doing well.

Huntress in very easy, I totally disagree with that. Huntress power is straight to the point, yes, but she is NOT forgiving for mistakes at all, in fact making a mistake as huntress will make you lose games. First of all going for long range shot (and you also need a bit of map knowlegde there) will for the most part cause detrimental consequences, such as losing a gen, staying too much in one area and will also make you waste a hatchet. Another mistake is being very greedy with Huntress' hatches, which is one of the most common Huntress mistakes. Huntress is one of the hardest killers in the game.
